Key Responsibilities:

• Execute trades in various cryptocurrencies while ensuring competitive pricing and robust risk control.
• Conduct comprehensive analyses of cryptocurrency markets to identify trading opportunities.
• Design and implement effective trading strategies tailored to the OTC market.
• Monitor and manage trading risks, developing risk mitigation strategies in compliance with desk risk appetite and regulatory standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients and counterparties, providing market insights and trade execution services.
• Collaborate with the quantitative research team to refine trading models and algorithms.
• Analyze trading performance metrics and present insights to senior management to optimize trading profits.
• Actively participate in industry events and networking opportunities to stay updated on market trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of trading experience, with a strong focus on cryptocurrencies or related digital assets in an OTC environment.
• In-depth knowledge of cryptocurrency markets, trading platforms, and OTC trading dynamics.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in trading software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, making quick decisions based on market conditions.
• Familiarity with regulatory considerations and compliance standards relevant to cryptocurrency trading.

Job duties

• Supporting the Payroll Manager, you will handle the full spectrum of payroll function (around 1400 Headcounts) and ensure accurate and timely administration of pay.
• Process monthly payroll including overtime, allowance, no-pay leave, claims, statutory and other employee payments
• Submit NS make-up pay, maternity and childcare leave claims
• Prepare overpayment recovery letters to resigned staff to claim overpayment due to resignation
• Prepare monthly payroll journals, reports, accruals & cost charging to Finance
• Prepare and send out electronic payslips
• Handle tax clearance submission, monthly CPF submission & annual income tax submission
• Participate and support HR/Payroll Projects
• Handle staff enquiries on payroll matters

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in for a fast-paced environment
• Preferably with relevant working experience in handling high volume (min. 500 headcounts)
• Meticulous and detail oriented
• Knowledge in Frontier e-HR System is an added advantage
• Good working knowledge of the Employment Act, CPF & IRAS statutory requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot table/Vlookup)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Key responsibilities

• Revise solution architecture drawings, cost templates, Bill of Materials (BOM), and system interfaces
• Prepare the Bill of Materials (BOM) and List of Supply (LOS) for network solutions.
• Create and update network integration documentation, including Solution Specification and Design, and Network Acceptance Test Procedures.
• Develop the Hardware Integration section in engineering bid proposals.

Ideal requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in network integration and deployment within a project-based environment
• Experience creating and managing Bill of Materials (BOM) and network architecture diagrams
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, VPN, MPLS, etc.)
• Familiarity with design review processes and risk assessment in network solutions

Job description:

• Prepare and negotiate the terms & conditions for Sales & Purchase Contract
• Liaise with suppliers, buyers, surveyors, bankers, ship owners/brokers, ship/cargo agents and insurance broker
• Monitoring and manage operations functions such as logistic (liaising with terminals, vessel operator, cargo surveyors, agents and customers on oil loading/discharging operations)
• Pro-active management and recovery of demurrage, oil loss and insurance claims
• Knowledge on trade finance transactions (ILC, TR, freight loan, ELC discounting) will be an advantage

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma
• Required Language(s): Chinese and English
• Able to correspond with Chinese counterparties/banks
• Willing and able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Mature, independent, self-motivated and a team player
• At least 2 years trade operations working experiences in energy and/or commodities industry
