Elastic is searching for an Enterprise Account Executive for the Indonesia territory to expand our Enterprise and Strategic customer accounts. This role will be based in Singapore and requires occasional travels to Malaysia to expand our Enterprise and Strategic customer accounts.

Our Enterprise Account Executives are individual contributors, focused on building new business and growing the Elastic footprint within accounts of more than 4,000 employees and ensuring our customers are successfully leveraging Elastic cloud solutions across their organization. What You Will Be Doing:

• Building awareness and driving demand for Elastic solutions within new Enterprise accounts, by helping users and customers derive value from their data sets
• Serving as an evangelist for our Open Source offerings while communicating and demonstrating the capabilities of our commercial features
• Uncovering new and diverse use cases to enable our users to work smarter, not harder
• Collaborating across Elastic business functions to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Working thoughtfully with customers to identify new business opportunities, managing through the sales cycle and closing complex transactions
• Building a robust business plan through community, customer and partner ecosystems to achieve significant Elastic growth within your accounts

What You Bring With You:

• A track-record of success in selling SaaS subscriptions into net new complex accounts, demonstrated by overachievement of quota and strong customer references
• A deep understanding and preferably experience selling into the ecosystem we live in, including Enterprise Search, Logging, Security, APM and Cloud
• A good understanding of the local Malaysia market
• A strong network with local customers is preferred
• The ability to build relationships and credibility with both Developers and Executives
• Predictability and accurate forecasting capabilities using SFDC
• An appreciation for the Open Source go-to-market model and the community of users who rely on our solutions every single day
• Previous experience selling into the Enterprise accounts included in this territory
• Local & native language (E.g. Bahasa Malayu) will be required for this role

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and reached out to the assigned accounts to generate new sales business.
• Handle overall daily customer account management matters as the primary point of contact and drive and track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
• Ensure completion of the entire sales process, encompassing quoting, RFQs, order processing, and fulfillment.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• At least 2 years of experience in handling B2B sales within APAC region.

• Report to the Sales Director, you hold a crucial and fulfilling position within our dynamic and expanding sales team, specializing in selling IT services and solutions to large SMEs and MNC customers.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage 2 classes of children daily (1.5 to 6 Years)
• Work with full suite of Montessori materials (1.5 to 6 years)
• Direct children for two 3-hour work cycles in a day
• Maintain students records
• Prepare and deliver weekly evaluation on child’s progress to Principal, progress reports four times per term
• Prepare and conduct Parent-Teacher Conferences twice a year
• Lead and prepare materials for special events/occasions/festivals
• Conduct in-house Montessori trainings for teachers each month
• Oversee the Montessori curriculum, evaluate teachers’ teaching methods, and evaluate each child’s progress
• Prepare staff schedules on weekly basis
• Assist the Principal whenever required

Requirements

• Must have successfully completed a Montessori Diploma
• ECDA certified (ACEY required)
• At least 10 years’ experience working in a Montessori Classroom
• Proficient in English (written, spoken, reading)
• Proficient in various Microsoft Office applications
