Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our team on a 1 year contract basis. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for financial reporting and reporting tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

Role:

A .Net Developer/Analyst Programmer will be a critical member of the team responsible for the delivery

of technology solutions utilizing C#/ASP .NET technology. He/she will involve in full SDLC cycle of the

system.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Understands technical and functional design requirements

Responsibilities:

· Perform day-to-day account work which includes developing program activities and a wide range of written materials (including strategy papers and press releases), coordinating events, maintaining client and media contacts, managing projects.

· Develop and manage projects/programs, including implementation plans, evaluation mechanisms, staffing plans, budgets and timelines.

· Develop all manner of content for media pitching, including pitch letters, press releases, specification sheets and media announcements.

· Communications plans for accounts and understands and track clients’ businesses.

· Presentations for clients relative to project management/program status under the supervision of the team leader.

· Act as a liaison between client, outside suppliers (graphic designers, photographers, A/V houses, etc.) and, as appropriate, other internal and external audiences (e.g., employees, media, interest groups).

· Assists with administrative assignments for client when required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mass Communications/Marketing/Public Relations.

• Open to entry level candidates and those with 1-2 years of professional public relations other comms related role.

• Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite of products.

• Strong language command; possess excellent writing and editing skills.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and send out invoices to customers in a timely manner
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivables
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions related to accounts receivables
• Prepare reports on accounts receivables performance and aging
• Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to address customer billing issues
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in accounts receivables or related field
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficient in SAP, ERP (any), Microsoft Excel and accounting software will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Your Responsibilities

Event Operations Management

• Responsible to support the Senior Events Manager in event management activities
• Provide support for both in-person and digital events where necessary
• Work closely with the Events team on event delivery and logistics
• Source for vendors for the Events team
• Liaise with vendors and exhibitors during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order
• Manage delegates of the event and ensuring that all necessary data is received
• Assist the Event team with event execution on-site
• Assist in administration items for the Event Operations team

Customer Service

• Responsible for assisting in customer enquiries and support where needed
• Work closely with the Customer Service Manager to provide administrative support where needed
