Job Description: Marketing Executive

Overview: As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our products and services effectively. You will work closely with the marketing team and other departments to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and achieve business goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy and Planning:
o Contribute to the development of marketing plans and strategies aligned with

company objectives.
o Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer

preferences.
o Assist in creating detailed marketing campaigns and initiatives across various

channels (digital, print, events, etc.).

2. Digital Marketing:

o Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.

o Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

3. Content Creation and Management:
o Develop engaging content for marketing collateral, website, social media, and

other platforms.
o Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and vendors to produce marketing materials.

4. Brand Management:

o Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing initiatives and communications.

o Assist in organizing and executing promotional events or activities to enhance brand awareness.

5. Analytics and Reporting:
o Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors' marketing strategies.
o Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for management.

6. Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and strategic partners. o Collaborate with sales and product development teams to support their goals

through effective marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

•  Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role, preferably in a related industry.
•  Solid understanding of marketing principles and techniques, including digital marketing.
•  Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools is a plus.
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Education:

 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Working Conditions:

We are looking for a Senior Associate, Product Development & Client Initiatives to join the COO APAC Distribution team based in Singapore or Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The primary objective of the Product Development & Client Initiatives Manager is to deliver product development and strategic client initiatives within the APAC region. This position will collaborate with business partners across the organization to ensure product launches, closures, and changes are developed and implemented successfully and in a timely manner. The role will also involve managing other projects and initiatives deemed of strategic importance across the distribution business in APAC as required.

What are the ongoing responsibilities of this position?

• Responsible for the successful implementation of complex retail and institutional product initiatives regionally (new product launches, mergers, closures, repositioning, restructuring, product changes, exploration of new product lines and technology)
• Manages the local registration of our product platform in Asia
• Manages product and client initiatives. Determines the scope, the approach and sets the direction and implementation strategy for each initiative
• Oversees and leads cross-functional project teams
• Collaborates with Sales, the investment teams and teams within Global Product Strategy to drive the development and implementation of product initiatives
• Taking product ideas and developing these, assessing the regulatory and operational context to ensure the product is ready for implementation
