Job Summary

Responsible for managing BIM deliverables such as BIM Models, BIM Execution Plans, Clash

Detection Reports, BIM Quality Control Plans, BIM Design Review Procedures

Responsibilities

• Lead technical team in BIM operations from setting up of project to modelling to troubleshooting of model issues to ensure timely delivery of BIM model for Client’s design reviews, statutory submissions and tender documentation
• Develop project BIM execution plans, coordinate and resolve issues arising from BIM operations with other consultants
• Ensure quality and standard of BIM workflow and deliverables are met by the project team
• Review all BIM supporting infrastructure & software of the office and recommend improvement Plans
• Responsible for supervising and training of BIM department

Technical Skills & Competencies

• Expert Knowledge in Regulatory Requirements
• Expert BIM modelling (Revit for authority submission)
• Expert Knowledge in Technical Detailing
• Expert Contract Administration and Management
• Expert Stakeholder Management

Who should apply

• Minimum 8-10 years’ relevant experience
• Certificate from BCA BIM modelling course or equivalent
• Diploma or Degree in Architecture / BIM or equivalent
• Demonstrate ability to follow instructions and execute and adapt to new process procedures and
• Workflows
• Ability to work in a fast paced organization

Facility/Estate Management:

• Provide support in the managing and maintenance of the facilities and equipment in the Ministry, including the procurement of the necessary services and equipment to ensure the Ministry’s operational readiness and business continuity.
• Assist to manage contractors and external parties in the delivery of various services to the Ministry, such as Integrated Facility Management (IFM), equipment maintenance, telecommunications, and pantry supply services.
• Assist in general office administration and support services, including carrying out data analytics, for the smooth running of the Ministry’s offices and process improvements.

General:

• Provide logistical support for events and operations, including procurement of equipment and services, and staffing of designated areas.
• Collate returns/requests from other government agencies.
• Assist in procurement and payment processing for the Section, including performing checks on supporting documents for payment of invoices.
• Develop and produce collaterals to support publicity and internal comms efforts
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Division Director or Section Head.

Requirements:

• Singaporean with some relevant working experience.
• Possess good interpersonal, organisational, written and communication skills.
