• Working closely with traders, manage cargo movements

Responsibilities:

• Prepare insurance quotes for prospective clients and maintain agreed service standards for emails and telephone enquiries from Distributors.
• Ensure smooth process during clients’ new insurance applications, including but not limited to Universal Life, as well as after-sales requests.
• Liaise between insurance companies, bank partners and service providers to ensure smooth process of applications and after-sales process.
• Negotiate with insurance companies for the best offers, in the interests of clients.
• Support Distributors in their business building initiatives.
• Provide weekly statistical reporting for internal stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Relevant case management experience with Life Insurance Broker or Life Insurer.
• Ability to multitask and work under extreme deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, highly organized and proactive in following up cases and also daily work.
