Job Responsibilities

1. Building and Maintenance

• Support the Manager in the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure that the facilities at CDAC Headquarters and Centres are maintained to high standards.
• Assist in ensuring timely troubleshooting, service, and maintenance operations across all sites.

3. Compliance Monitoring

• Assist the Manager in ensuring that facilities meet government regulations, including health and safety, security, and energy efficiency standards. This includes adherence to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and Environmental Management Systems (EMS).

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Building Services, Engineering, or a related field.

Overview of Role

The APAC Gas and Power Operator will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of power and gas systems, while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to mitigate operational risks and optimize capabilities.

In this role, you will actively engage in portfolio management, ensuring the most commercially efficient optimization and operation of energy assets. A key responsibility will be liaising between the middle, back, and front office to ensure smooth operations and alignment on objectives. Job Scope

-Conceptualise and creation of written, video and image content on organisation’s social media platforms, including events video taking and video editing, and design of publicity materials.
-Plan, initiate, coordinate, propose and review communications plans with key stakeholder on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure best efforts to build and grow engagements on social media platforms.
-Monitor and analyse statistical data, marketing campaign metrics and review reports to identify

Requirements

The Senior Member Services Associate is the first point of contact for members and guests of the Club, both in-person and over the phone.
