Roles and Responsibilities :-

1. Handle full spectrum of Finance, Account and Tax work and attend to clients on all

corporate taxation matters.

2. Filing of Accounts with IRAS and taxation related matters in Singapore for local and/or

overseas clients.

3. Preparation of Finance, Accounts and Taxation related filing including Appeal with IRAS

for taxation and assessment.

4. Provide advice on accounting and taxation compliance and ensure compliance with

statutory and regulatory authorities.

5. Conversant in handling statutory fillings with IRAS and other relevant authorities.

6. Attend Assessment of Client and prepare documents as may be required for the same

7. Appointment as Nominee Director of the client company as and when required

9. Other Corporate & Administrative or ad hoc duties as assigned.

10. Salary and perquisites are as per qualification and experience and person can work

under profit sharing, if ready to take lead. Company will provide fixed and variable pay

structure.

Requirements:

1. Qualified as ACCA or other financial degree to be Accountant as per ACRA

requirement

2. Possess min 2 to 5 years of relevant experience with consultancy firm

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Related to network services and infrastructure:

• Working on highly complex matters and assignments of large scope, impact, and importance.

• Working with professionals and management to identify opportunities for improvements in people, processes, and technology.

• Leading team members on the development of methods, techniques, and various analytical approaches.

• Guiding team members to solve significant problems/issues.

• Managing, monitoring, and maintenance of day-to-day activities to align with expected service levels.

• Performing routine and health maintenance.

• Managing upgrades & performance related activities.

• Identifying and correcting faults with services and infrastructure.

• Planning and execution of minor infrastructure moves, adds, changes, and disposals (IMACDs).

• Execution of business continuity tests.

• Oversight and support of all related service supplier and/or manufacturer activities.

• Proactive identification and resolution of issues before they affect service performance.

• Identifying any improvements that can improve service levels.

• Engaging in the problem management process.

• Technical peer review and approvals for all related changes.

• Ability to provide on-call support and extended working hours when called on and willingness to accept periodic rotation.

ACADEMIC AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate would meet all, or most of the below criteria:

· Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

· At least 6-8 years relevant and practical experience in a network operations role.

· Extensive in-depth knowledge of network services and infrastructure.

· Vendor certifications not a requirement, proven practical experience preferred.

· Experience working in large/global enterprise IT with multiple distributed branch/campus sites.

· Experience of working within ITIL aligned Service Management organisation.

· Practical experience in managing, operating, and troubleshooting large enterprise wireless network deployments.

· Solid foundational knowledge of enterprise wireless concepts, wireless standards, authentication, policies, and access control.

· Experience in managing enterprise wireless networks that encompass wireless technologies from Cisco, Cisco Meraki, and Aruba.

· Knowledge and experience working with Cisco DNA Center and ISE.

Responsibilities & Requirements :

• Process all port and immigration formalities and declarations on time for smooth & efficient operation for assigned vessel’s entry and departure
• Keep all relevant parties updated regularly on the operational activities of the vessels
• Able to build and maintain good relationships with people of all levels
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
• Can work independently and under pressure
• Physical attendance onboard vessels at Singapore Ports and at anchorage
• Occasionally, to work irregular hours including weekends and public holidays to cater to different ships’ arrival and departure times
