This role exists to support the success of StashAway’s yield-based products by contributing to the growth of Assets Under Management (AUM) and increasing portfolio adoption rates. As a Product Marketing Executive for Yield-based Products, you will play a key role in executing product marketing strategies that drive conversion among targeted customer segments, both new and existing.

You will be responsible for supporting product marketing activities for key yield-based offerings, including Cash Management products (Simple suite, USD Cash Yield), Income Investing, and Private Credit. While you will receive guidance and direction, you are expected to execute marketing initiatives with a high degree of independence.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with teams across investment product development, brand marketing, and online marketing to ensure that product value propositions and messaging align with StashAway’s business objectives and customer needs. Your contributions will help enhance the overall product experience, aiding in the acquisition and retention of customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and refinement of product marketing positioning and messaging, ensuring consistency across channels and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Contribute ideas and support efforts to optimise the customer journey, focusing on improving conversion rates from initial awareness through to post-investment engagement.
• Independently manage the business-as-usual (BAU) communication and updates related to yield-based products, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information.
• Take ownership of tracking and analysing product conversion metrics on a monthly basis. Share insights company-wide and collaborate with the Senior Product Marketing Manager to identify quarterly areas for improvement.
• Participate in market research efforts, including competitor analysis and gathering customer insights, to inform product marketing strategies and positioning.
• Work closely with product, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on product positioning and to support the achievement of product marketing objectives.

• 1-2 years of experience in product marketing or a related field, with a basic understanding of marketing strategies and execution.
• Basic understanding of investment products, financial markets, and industry trends, with the ability to support translating complex concepts into customer-friendly messaging.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with team members across various departments.
• Strong organisational skills to support the timely execution of product marketing initiatives while adhering to established guidelines and processes.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements, particularly in relation to marketing investment products.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication, with the ability to assist in creating clear and concise marketing content.

Key acountabilities

• Responsible for site Engineering activities, identify and propose opportunities including Out/In-sourcing ideas, EOL management, alternate sourcing and others
• Lead NPI and Product Transfer projects to successful completion
• Initiate value engineering projects to enhance operational capabilities to meet new business needs and raise operational efficiency
• Lead material localization projects for improvements in product cost, quality and operational excellence
• Work closely with cross functional teams to understand engineering related issues in order to provide effective solutions
• Drive yield improvement, reduce COPQ and drive shopfloor productivity through automation and process enhancement
• Improve site Safety through hazard identification and prevention

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Science disciplines
• At least 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering in Analytical instruments industry
• Experience in NPI and product transfers is preferred
• Knowledge in manufacturing process of analytical instruments such as Inductively Coupled Plasma- Optical Emission Spectroscopy (ICP-OES), Inductively Coupled Plasma- Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS), Gas Chromatography (GC), Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (AAS)
• Good oral and written communications
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Project Management experience and leadership skills
• Strong drive for results, balanced with effective decision making and problem-solving skills
• Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma Methodology
• Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001

The incumbent is responsible to:

•Provide psychological interventions to adult and elderly patients with mental health issues, emotional problems and/or health problems in both inpatient and outpatient settings

•Provide psychological and neuropsychological (e.g. for mild cognitive impairment and dementia) assessments

•Develop and deliver educational talks and workshops on psychological issues to both healthcare providers and the public

•Run therapy and support groups

•Contribute to clinical research as a member, when necessary

• Complete administrative work (e.g. monthly statistics and KPIs) in a timely manner Job

Requirements:

•Master's degree in Clinical Psychology

•Passionate about working in the healthcare sector

•Experience working with adult and elderly population in a hospital setting is a plus

•Eligible for registration or registered with the Singapore Psychological Society and the Singapore register of Psychologist

•Able to function independently in a complex environment

•Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player as staff is required to work closely with various multi-disciplinary teams

•Effectively bilingual in English and another local language

•Able to work Saturday, when required
