You can make your mark as Senior Finance Accountant by being the financial representative for Smit Shared services in Singapore and act as liaison to the FSSC in Abu Dhabi.

You will monitor and maintain the Business Units (Shared resources, OE & Dredging) policies, processes and procedures as per the company’s guidelines and applicable standards related to AP, AR and Banking.

Your responsibilities as Senior finance accountant

• Manages, supervises, and coaches the various finance team members assigned to the following functions:
  • AP
  • AR
  • Banking
• Assists the Finance Manager in investigating and resolving system or process issues as they arise, including liaising with Abu Dhabi office and HQ teams.
• Handles the full scope of GST works, including GST Group reporting and ACAP audits.
• Supports the Finance Manager in ad hoc tasks relating to the work scope of the Finance Shared Resources department.

Your qualities
You can make your mark as Senior finance accountant if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accountancy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Able to work independently with strong planning and organizing skill sets.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Ideal candidate should have 2 years of working experience in supervisory role.
• Good knowledge in GST regulation and experience in GST filing is preferred.

• Preparation of design report, calculation, drawings, specification, cost estimation and details/ schedules for projects.

• Produce Electrical design from concept to detail design

Expectations of a Media Executive/ Performance Media Planner:

Planning:

• Assist the line manager to develop media strategy, channel/ platform recommendations and prepare the detailed media flow-plan for full funnel campaigns
• Leverage available planning tools and liaise with media owners for proposals along with recommended ad formats.
• Engage clients on day-to-day operations, media trend updates and various campaign reports on local/regional/global levels.
• Able to read the data in terms of past performance, benchmarking for upcoming major & tactical campaigns.

Buying:

• Understanding between different funnels & focused on the lower funnel campaign strategies to meet goals like ROAS
• Liaise with digital ad ops (campaign set up on self-serve platforms, tracking & implementation for client’s site, ensure ads are properly served and tags are firing).
• Global ops (adhering and following globally set parameters and campaign execution processes while also guiding others).
• Oversee all performance across channels (Search, Social, Programmatic etc.) & recommend ways to improve performance.
• Closely monitor and optimize performance during campaign period across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok etc.
• Weekly digital reporting, end of campaign reporting and reconciliation of final costs for finance billings.

Responsibilites:

• Oversee brand integrity, messaging, and strategy alignment throughout marketing funnel and campaigns.
• Develop and manage digital marketing strategy to boost lead acquisition and enhance online presence.
• Measure and report digital campaign performance against ROI objectives.
• Copywrite, translate, and transcreate content across various platforms.
• Collaborate with search and advertising teams to optimize content and paid advertising strategies.
• Oversee and administer corporate social media platforms like Facebook, WeChat, Weibo, Red, YouTube, Instagram, etc. Manage all aspects including content creation, publishing, audience growth, community engagement, social listening, and response management. Goal is to enhance brand visibility, interact with customers, and gather valuable insights.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Communication, Marketing, or equivalents.
• Possesses robust project management abilities and adeptness in managing numerous stakeholders from various cross-functional departments.
