Responsibilities:

A. Customer Service

1. Process Customer Orders

- Prepare sales order, purchase order and delivery order.

- Request for product samples.

2. Follow up with customer on order forecast/update delivery status

- Tracking document, sales report (CS Verification).

3. Handle customer enquiries/feedback (via email, attend to phone calls).

B. Shipping and Logistics

1. Shipping arrangements

- Prepare container cubing list.

- Liaise with forwarders for booking of continers and trucking arrangements.

- Ensure shipping documents are complete (from affiliates/working partner).

- Prepare shipping documents.

- Assist in cost control: freight rates comparison and provide monthly updates to management.

- Negotiate with forwarders to get the best rates.

2. Delivery arrangements

- Coordinate with working partners on delivery arrangements.

- Check delivery schedule to ensure delivery is on time.

- Understand transportation cost and plan schedule to maximize profit.

3. Inventory planning and forecast.

C. Sales/Accounts Support

1. Billing - prepare invoice, prepare documents for submission to Accounts Dept.

2. Prepare purchase invoice, A/P and A/R.

3. Prepare RFQ and sales quotations.

4. Prepare sales reports for sales team as needed.

5. Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior/manager.

Job Requirements:

1. Autocount System: order process, accounting, inventory, generating reports such as sales report, sales by agent, monthly sales analysis and customer data history.

2. Proficient in Microsoft application.

3. Strong presentation skills and excellent communication skills in English, Chinese and Malay with both internal and external stakeholders in Southeast Asia and China.

Summary

Key Accountabilities

• Evaluation of value engineering efforts on current products and achieving strategic quality goals following the launch of new developments (NPIs) and existing products.
• Work with the team to drive business stakeholders’ priorities participating in plans to successfully support all active products in the areas of cost reduction, supply chain support, and participate in design for in-sourcing projects. with key technologies.
• Provide evaluation results (verification and validation), to ensure proper performance, long-term stability, reliability, robustness, and customer-usability for Value Engineering projects on all PerkinElmer products (include Mass Spectroscopy, ICP OES and GC products).
• Log and track all defects, test results.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities:

• Take charge of overall Production Planning, Coordination, Scheduling, and Dispatching for the manufacturing of Moulds, SFG, and FG.
• Analyze production specifications, plant capacity data, and perform calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and manpower requirements.
• Work closely with cross-departmental teams to enhance productivity and yield, involving in projects that span across departments.
• Gather and collate customer demand forecasts, challenging inputs when necessary and understanding market intelligence and drivers impacting forecast and demand.
• Lead monthly S&OP meetings with customers, providing updates on open orders and potential delays.
• Oversee SFG replenishment based on the reorder point policy for each product type, selecting the optimum lot size to minimize stock levels and reduce obsolescence.

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of proven experience in production planning and scheduling, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in planning and Excel software tools.
• Proven ability to influence planning procedures and implement changes for process improvement.
• Demonstrated sense of urgency and proactive approach to meeting deadlines and solving problems.

3. Able to do reinforcement bar and mesh quantity take-offs

5. Able to carry out site coordination regarding Drawing clarification
6. Able to produce shop drawings (plans, elevations, sections and bar bending schedules etc)
