• Follow up on overdue payments and communicate with customers to resolve outstanding issues.
• Process customer payments and apply them accurately to the appropriate accounts.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or billing errors in a timely manner.
• Monitor customer accounts for non-payment, delayed payments, or other irregularities and take appropriate actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and disputes promptly.
• Prepare aging reports and other financial reports related to accounts receivable.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all transactions and communications related to accounts receivable.
• Perform any other adhoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in accounts receivable or related financial roles.
• Proficiency in Xero Accounting Software and Microsoft Excel is a plus.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Involvement/responsible in the overall quantity surveying, cost & contract management of the projects.

• Preparation of cost plan & cost estimate, taking-off & measurement.

• Prepare payment claim, variation, and final account.

• Prepare tender & contract documentation, tender analysis & reporting.

• Shortlist of suitable suppliers and sub-contractors, timely award out.

• Attendance project & site meeting.

Requirements:

• Diploma or ITE certificate in Quantity Surveying/Building or higher qualifications.

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field.

• Proficient in technologies and digitization in QS.

• Familiar with Autocad software.

• Bilingual is preferred.

Responsibilities include:

-Oversee food preperations, presentation and storage to ensure food health and safety compliceny.
