· Perform tasks involved with sourcing, purchasing and expediting of goods and services from suppliers, service provider and contractors.

· Attend daily requests for sourcing of goods and services under his / her portfolio from production and other users.

· Check and ensure purchase requisitions are complete and duly authorized before sending request for quotations (RFQ) to approved supplier and competitive sources

· Liaise with suppliers for quotations / proposals, conducts negotiation with suppliers, co-ordinate technical clarification / work scopes / schedules from suppliers / service providers with users where necessary.

· Prepare commercial bid evaluations for next level approvals for purchase confirmation.

· Raise purchase orders according to establish system and follow up on deliveries.

· Ensure that all data of purchase are accurately entered into the Purchasing System.

· Conduct supplier appraisals.

· Perform additional purchasing related tasks from time to time.

Requirements

· Diploma in Supply Chain, Material Management, Marine Engineering or equivalent.

· Experience: Preferably 2-3 years of experience in procurement or related work.

· Technical Skills: Purchasing Systems like ACCPAC, SAP, E-Procurement and Microsoft Office.

· Interpersonal Skills: Able to interact with internal customers and external vendors with professionalism and integrity

· Have experience in negotiating contractual terms and conditions

The Position:

We are looking for a Regional HR Executive to be based in Singapore. Job Responsibilities:

Internal Communications and Employer Branding

• Oversee the consolidation, writing, and distribution of our monthly newsletter
• Assist with planning and promotion of events
• Creating and designing communication media (e.g., webinars, goal setting): presentations, posters, flyers
• Ensure that our internal and external collaterals contain consistent Havas branding

Talent Acquisition:

• Assist with recruitment for all APAC positions (screening resumes, contacting candidates, and arranging interviews)
• Management of advertisements on job boards and career pages
• Recruitment cost tracking

HR Operations, Projects and Reporting:

• Update monthly HR report on topics such as compliance training, new hires, and exits
• Provide administrative support to regional HR tasks
• Assist in regional HR inquiries by providing relevant data
• Coordinate HR projects and follow up on action items to ensure deliverables are on track
• Support the roll-out of HR initiatives and participate in other regional HR projects
• Contribute to process improvement and system optimization
• Other duties and tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources
• Confident, driven, and excellent interpersonal skills
• A broad range of communication skills evidenced by good writing, verbal presentation, and social media

Responsibilities

· Perform statutory and special audits (fieldwork, documentation of results)

· Prepare audited financial statements in accordance with SFRS

· Prepare tax computations in accordance with the Singapore Income Tax Act

· Assist to prepare an audit plan for an external audit

· Support Manager in audit planning, fieldwork, and audit reporting; prepare reports and communicate findings and recommendations to clients

· Perform internal control reviews and special purpose auditing projects

Requirements

· Partial ACCA or degree holder.

· Minimum of Diploma in Accountancy and working towards ACCA or Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related field
