- Reporting to Civil Manager

- Responsible for the civil construction of the power plant station

- Plan and prepare station requirements (Subcon, suppliers, materials, equipment) based on the baseline program and work with the technical/contracts department to finalize and submit for approval

Main Responsibilities:

Documentation Management: Prepare and manage all export and import documentation (EXIM trade documentation) for smooth and timely shipping and compliance.

Reporting: Submit daily and weekly reports to the Operations Manager, including management information systems (MIS) updates.

Shipment Coordination: Coordinate with overseas suppliers and shipping lines for shipment tracking, ensuring timely communication and updates to clients.

Supplier Sourcing: Reach out to international suppliers (China, Taiwan, Korea, Europe, etc.) for product sourcing while maintaining a professional and cordial relationship.

Customer Payment Collection: Follow up with customers over the phone for payment collections and maintain accurate records of interactions.

Administrative Support: Assist in general administrative tasks as needed and support the team in various operational activities.

Other ad-hoc activities assigned

Requirements:

Diploma or higher in Science, Pharmacy, Business Management, or Marketing.

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Administration Assistant, Operations Executive, or Logistics Coordinator.

Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and administrative software.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards in food manufacturing (e.g., food safety and hygiene standards).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
