Job Scope:

Handle administrative duties including proper organisation of records/data keeping

Generate invoices and service memos on a monthly basis

Act as a liaison between service team and customers to provide the necessary support to ensure smooth operations and good customer service

Assist operations manager in planning and assigning delivery jobs to service team

Update drivers’ job orders, compute service team’s incentives and keep proper records of orders

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Project Officer / Executive

Remuneration Package:

• Preferably possess at least a Diploma in relevant Engineering discipline
• Preferably minimum 2 years of working experience in contract administration for large projects

• Quantity surveying experience will be an added advantage
• Able to draft contractual documents and correspondences
