Job Description
We are looking for a creative and experienced Game Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in conceptualising and designing game mechanics, levels, and narratives that align with our game project’s vision. You will work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive and enjoyable gaming experience.
Key Responsibilities
Execute game design documents by fully scoping out: game mechanics, progression, economies, analytics, narratives, and other related features.
Collaborate with the art and development teams and act as a single source of truth for design.
Be able to iterate on game designs and balance in the engine based on playtest feedback and analytics.
Communicate design specifications and requirements clearly with key stakeholders.
Build the design of new casual games and develop conviction for your design through research.
Keep up to date with the industry to ensure that the quality of our games are surpassing if not exceeding industry standards.
- At least 5+ years experience as a Game Designer, with primary focus on mobile games.
- Strong understanding of game design principles and player psychology.
- Ability to think logically and solve complex design challenges.
- Proficient in Unreal Engine and Unity
- Proficiency in game design tools and software (confluence, notion, JIRA, MIRO).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
