Job Description
· Effectively meet the personal, social (well-being) and academic needs of students
· Provide pastoral support of students
· Student Management activities
· Administration support to students as and when required
· Maintain and update student records
· Well verse on Student Management System
· Manage student contract process
· Handle visitors and attend to needs of students
· Compliance with related policies and processes
· Completeness in student records
· Student Attendance Follow ups and ICA reporting
· Timeliness in the preparation of documents
· Fee Protection Scheme Matters
· Serve on departmental or staff committees dealing with general departmental and administrative concerns
· Involve in the School’s promotional activities
· Any other operational related matters
