Role Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales / Account Executives / Managers to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, understand client needs and objectives, and drive sales growth by opening new accounts and expanding our footprint within existing accounts in professional service and staff augmentation business. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at creating and nurturing professional relationships, are skilled at identifying and seizing opportunities, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development: Proactively prospect for new clients, make sales calls, and negotiate contracts. Open new accounts by delivering a tangible value proposition to clients, understanding their needs, opportunities, and challenges.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, enduring client relationships. Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
Strategic Account Planning: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our services and how they align with client needs. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to enhance client success and revenue growth.
Geographic Account Mapping: Skilfully map accounts geographically to optimize market penetration and uncover growth opportunities. Use geographic insights for strategic planning and tailored client solutions.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with colleagues, HR and Finance teams to ensure a coordinated approach to account management.
Sales Administration: Handle administrative tasks associated with the role, including preparing sales reports, managing customer databases, and tracking sales activity.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, with a strong track record in client management, account management, or direct sales and recruitment
- Deep understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and processes, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Curiosity, accountability, and understanding of the fast-changing technology landscape are the key
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients and team members.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to map accounts geographically and identify strategic opportunities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
