Main Responsibilities

A) Human Resources

• Performing HR full spectrum of HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding and exit process, etc
• Ensure proper updating of employees’ P-files.
• Keep track of staff attendance and update leave records
• Process monthly payroll, claim expenses, and other Government related matters (e.g., CPF/IRAS submissions, employees’ income tax filing, NS claims)
• Responsible for work pass applications,renewals, cancellations, and security bond
• Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, birthday, promotion, salary increment, bonuses, and acceptance of resignation.
• Follow up with probationary employees’ respective department heads to gather feedback and input for the performance appraisal.
• Ensure Employee Handbook follows employment laws and regulations by staying up to date with changes and assisting in policy development.
• Attend to employees’ enquiries on welfare, benefits, and other HR related matters.
• Oversee daily operations of the HR function and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Finance Director

B) Admin:

• Pantry and office supplies management
• Submission of product registrations (Certificate Free Sale)
• Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
• Responsible for any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Finance Director

Main Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel)
• Diploma preferably in Human Resources or related field
• Fresh Graduates with a major in HR are most welcome to apply

1. Job Role

• This role supports the HR Manager in administering the company's policies and handles the hiring processes. This includes on-boarding and off-boarding practices, foreign worker administration and liaising with agencies on employment requirements.

2. Job Description

• Coordinate and conduct the administration, recruitment, employment relations, medical coverages and training of employees for the organisation in alignment with the organisation’s strategies and policies and procedures and directions of higher management
• Prepare and monitor employment contracts, pre-employment medical check-up and submissions of security screening details to governmental agencies
• Facilitating new hires on-boarding orientation and conduct periodic check-in sessions
• Create new hire records such as Staff Personnel File and profile creation via the HR system
• Process new hire and employee’s staff pass, name stamp and name cards
• Monitor the probationary period of new hires and obtain the confirmation recommendation letters from respective supervisors for management approval
• Conduct the off-boarding process such as exit interviews, handover, final settlement of last drawn salary and archiving staff personnel file documents
• Administer the foreign worker matters such as liaising with recruitment agencies on foreign worker manpower needs for the organisation, work permit applications and renewals, coordinate the submission of 6 monthly medical examinations (6ME) and repatriation matters
• Liaising with government agencies (ie;MOM/HDB) concerning Other Converted Living Quarter (OCLQ)
• Coordinate career fairs and road show campaigns and network with agencies and organisations for internship and recruitment opportunities
• Regular update of employment records via HR system
• Handle employee and department enquiries pertaining to employment matters, policies and procedures
• Conduct investigations and submit reports on employee grievances
• Manage the administration for Cab Charge matters for respective centres
• Raise the Material Service Requisition Form (MSRF) for any expenditure matters
• Carry out any other tasks assigned by the HR Manager and higher management

3. Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or Business Management or Administration
• 1 year of experience in the relevant field
• Familiar and experience working with HRM systems
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to coordinate and work as a part of the team.

Mission of the role: Work with the Channel Sales Manager to implement channel sales strategy, run data analysis, as well as communicate with channel sales partners. This role also requires you to administer and process company policies & SOPs, and work with the compliance department to ensure adherence to the partnership agreement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop sales pipeline by generating new leads, secure meetings and cold calls to qualify and convert them into new channel sales partners for the company's affiliate program
• Hit sales revenue targets and profit margins through acquiring new channel sales partners through the affiliate program while growing sales from the existing affiliate partners
• Communicate regularly with sales partners to ensure the partners are actively promoting the company's products

Key Requirements:

• Effective sales partnership management, excellent negotiation and follow-up skills
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns, proficient in MS Excel and able to generate reports and graphs from data

• Excellent time management and the strong ability to prioritize is essential
• A good understanding of internet-based sales / digital marketing will be advantageous
• Experience managing a sales affiliate program will be a plus

This role requires you to plan work in both the US and Singapore time zones. Working from home partially during US time zones will be necessary
