About the role

· Billing and cost verification.

· Ensure that all jobs are monitored, costs, selling figures are accurately & timely updated in system

· Ensure all event data are updated correctly in system

· Communicate discrepancies/issues to team lead/manager when necessar

· Ensure follow company SOP and other duty assigns by department manager

Qualifications / Requirements

● At least 2 - 3-years’ experience in Freight Forwarding

● Must have DG and custom regulation, FTA COO knowledge is beneficial

● With SAP knowledge will be value added.

● Able to work under pressure in a fast changing and demanding environment

● Self-discipline, initiative, responsible and independent, meticulous.

● A good team player with good interpersonal, detail-oriented and communication skills

● Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, power point)

Description

- To support payroll administration for manpower

- To coordinate with Operations Manager and Supervisors on ALL foreign workers matter

- To process foreign worker’s pass application/renewal/cancellation

- Administer foreign worker dormitory process

- To maintain updates on MOM and all relevant authorities measuers and policies

Requirement

- Familiar with TIMES Payroll (must)

- Well versed in excel (v-look up & pivot is a must)

- Willing to work in a very fast and dynamic environment

- Degree in Business preferred

- Able to converse in English and Chinese

- Mnimum 3 years experience in construction background
