The Sales and Operations Executive will be working in our Jurong East office and is responsible for sales and operational aspects of our Company.

Responsibilities :

• Acquire new customers, sales volume, and forge strategic partnerships.
• Perform daily visits to clinics to promote and demonstrate the product to doctors and introduce our product as an advanced alternative.
• Develop tailored proposals and quotes that meet the specific needs of potential doctors and partners, highlighting our value proposition.
• Propose and execute effective go-to-market strategies that are in line with the company’s objectives, aiming to maximize market penetration and revenue.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure that sales efforts are supported by well-aligned marketing strategies and promotional activities, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
• Maintain and update all marketing channels and materials, including the website, flyers, monthly customer feedback collection, and email campaigns, among others.
• Address and follow up customer inquiries and issues promptly, from the first interaction to after-sales service and account management, ensuring customers have a positive experience and view the Company as a provider of quality service.
• Provide regular reports to management with insights and updates on market trends and sales performance.
• Keep updated on the latest product developments and SmartCMS regulations.
• Carry out thorough market and competitive analysis to spotlight our unique selling points.
• Collect, analyse, and summarize customer feedback and user experiences to inform ongoing improvements and innovations in our product offerings.

Requirements :

• At least 2 years of experience in sales and operations.
• Motivated, proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• It is advantageous to have a strong background in the sales process, business, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement strategic IT initiatives to support the business goals of each brand, with a focus on scalability and innovation.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

· At least 4 - 5 years relevant experience.

· Knowledge and skills for some IT areas of Cyber security, Network, Cloud Computing, process automation (RPA), Business Data Analytics, project management, IT service and related certifications.

· Good interaction with people and able to work independently as well as work in the team.

· Strong written and verbal communications and logical thinking.

· Good knowledge on computer hardware and software for both MS Office and Mac.

· Proven experience in executive-level IT management, preferably in a multi-brand or start-up environment.

· Strong technical skills in networking, system administration, cybersecurity, and cloud-based technologies.

1) Responsible for assigning correct fleet resources (tow trucks) to real-time and pre-scheduled job

2) Overall in charge of all Fleet (Tow Drivers and Lorry Drivers)

The Procurement Executive is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following:-

1. Source products from warehouse stock or purchase from the local market based on JIT(just in time) procurement and client requirements
2. Identify out-of-stock products and procure/supply similar items
3. Place, process, and track orders based on stock variability and JIT procurement
4. Liaise with shippers, forwarders and warehouse to coordinate/monitor shipments
5. Manage expiring items effectively to minimize costs and waste
6. Replenish stock at competitive prices to optimize cost efficiency
7. Familiar with SCINT and Microsoft D365
8. Ensure all activities adhere to the company's quality, health, safety & environment (QHSE), and Ethics & Compliance policies
9. Perform any other duties as requested by the Procurement Manager and team leader
