Responsibilities:

● Social Media Management: Take charge of our presence on major Chinese social media platforms such as WeChat, Little Red Book, TikTok, Youku, and Bilibili. This involves not only ensuring our brand message and visuals are consistent and engaging but also strategizing to boost brand awareness. Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages, fostering a community around our brand.

● Content Creation: Lead the development and implementation of a dynamic content strategy tailored to the unique audiences of each platform. This includes producing a mix of high-quality photos, captivating short-form videos, and in-depth long-form videos. The goal is to craft content that resonates with viewers, encouraging interaction, brand loyalty, and advocacy.

● SEO and Website Management: Craft and publish SEO-optimised blog posts that not only attract visitors to our website but also increase our position in search engine rankings. Regularly review and enhance the website's design and content to ensure it remains current, user-friendly, and effectively showcases our products or services. Implement tracking tools to monitor website performance and user engagement.

● Advertising: Strategise and oversee advertising initiatives on platforms like Little Red Book and Baidu. Focus on creating impactful ads that reach the target audience and achieve a high return on investment, all while managing and optimising the advertising budget. Regularly assess campaign performance to refine and improve future advertising efforts.

● Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to grasp current market trends and consumer preferences. Identify emerging opportunities for growth and innovation within the industry. Use insights gained to benchmark our marketing initiatives against industry standards, setting both realistic and ambitious goals.

● Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilise analytical tools to track and evaluate the performance of our marketing campaigns across various channels. Analyse metrics related to social media engagement, website traffic, conversion rates, and the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. Provide detailed reports to the team, translating data into actionable insights that guide the refinement of marketing strategies.

Skills and Experience:

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.

● At least 1 year of relevant working experience.

● Excellent writing and communication skills in both languages to effectively engage with the target market and collaborate with team members.

● Proven experience in social media management, content creation, SEO and advertising on Chinese platforms.

● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software.

The Operations Executive (OE) will be a key member of the dynamic team amongst the diversified Jurong Port’s operations serving the unique industry of oil and gas.

Working at the Offshore Marine Center in Tuas, the OE will build his/her operations knowledge through the unique oil and gas vessel operations by being responsible for the planning of storage, manpower resources, equipment and conflict/exception resolutions, ensuring the quick turnaround of vessels.

The OE must possess good team ethics and communication skills, work with different stakeholders as well as work on the ground to support smooth operations. He/She is organised, meticulous and works well in a dynamic work environment.

Job Description & Requirements

The Procurement Executive is responsible for supporting the company and its projects by providing end to end service, from understanding end-user and project requirements, to sourcing for the right item at the right specifications and budget, to ensuring smooth delivery at the right time.

He/she is critical in the smooth execution of the projects within budget.

He/She should be comfortable engaging and interacting with vendors and other external parties, to fulfill his/her responsibilities in coordinating vendor selection processes, maintaining vendor contract records and databases, and following up on vendors' deliverables.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Process purchase requests, short-list vendors, perform price & product analyses; and negotiate for the best terms and conditions.
• Raise and issue Purchase Orders (PO).
• Monitor PO progress and expedite deliveries.

Requirements:

The Customer Service Executive is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following:-

• Responsible for handling RFQs within the time allocated including receiving, creating and distributing the quote to the client
• Download customer enquiry and orders from various internet-based customer portals & e-platforms (i.e. Ship-Serv, Sis Commerce, BaseNet, MarineLink, B2B, etc)
• Accurately update relevant information and line items in the company ERP system
• Perform any other duties as requested by the Commerical Manager
