• Manage and implement Control Self-Assessment (CSA) on a quarterly basis; covering procurement process, contract management and logistics.
• Independently follow CSA process and methodology.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and facilitate discussions during CSA.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and constructively.
• Monitor and track implementation of CSA recommendations, follow-up with relevant parties.
• Work with Group Enterprise Risk Management team on all aspects of CSA (risk register, questionnaires and validations).
• Taking part in brainstorming procurement process streamlining to reduce unnecessary steps and optimize workflows.
• Designing of EDMs to educate users on selected procurement topics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Art & Science, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Management with a deep understanding of best practices and industry standards.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to analyse data and develop procurement plans.
• Knowledge of governance, compliance and the development/implementation of procurement policies and procedures.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills - strong verbal and written communication skills, proficient in drafting clear and concise policies and reports.
• Competence in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting and maintaining records and documentation.

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 7-9 years of experience in Temenos T24 Software technical consultancy, expert Services, and ideally in a banking environment.

- Experience and proven track record in the end-to-end implementation of T24 Core Banking transformation or Wealth Suite projects with hands-on T24 Architecture design will be highly preferred.

- Techno functional consultants with both technical experience and Product experts with in-depth knowledge of the below T24 modules are highly preferred.

- Securities and Corporate Actions, Derivatives (DX), - Structured Products (SY), and - Treasury Modules (MM, FX,and Swaps)

- Financial Accounting and GL reporting with hands-on experience in preparation of Accounting Schemas, Chart of Accounts, analysing GL mismatches and corrections will be highly preferred - Experience in Planning and Execution of multiple T24 upgrades, TAFC to TAFJ Migration, and Performance tuning projects will be an added advantage.

- Hands-on experience in Integration framework, IRIS and Design Frameworks are highly preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

• Reports to Construction Manager.
• To assist in site supervision works.
• Coordinate internally with inter-department and externally with clients & consultants.
• Coordinating for the project planning, documentation and execution of works on site.
• Coordination, supervision & monitoring the progress of the project works on site, manpower mobilization, materials planning & ordering.
• Coordinate with the contractor, suppliers on all project implementation issues and attend site meetings when required.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by PE Board, BCA or IES registered Resident Engineer (RE).

• Familiar with costing, contract, regulations and building operations. Oversee all site projects operations, functions, and requirements.
• Able to handle AutoCAD or relevant drawings submission.
