This purpose of this ROLE is:

Market ACI products and services to current and potential customers within a defined territory and/or industry and manages ACI's overall relationship with established accounts. Develop strategy and manages the process of bringing the identified marketing opportunities to a logical close. Assist distributors in their efforts to sell ACI products and services where appropriate. Keep current on ACI products/enhancements, competition and industry trends. Maintain account and territory records, update management on account activity and provide forecast data as requested.

Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities to market ACI products and services to current and prospective customers in the assigned territory. Develops strategy and manages the process of bringing the identified marketing opportunities to a logical close, consistent with ACI’s sales best practices.
• Manage ACI’s overall relationship with current and prospective customers, with emphasis on developing and maintaining effective relationships with key executives. Customer satisfaction and loyalty are key requirements and measurements.
• Manage all administrative aspects of the assignment including but not limited to account profiles, sales pipeline records, current and prospective customer org charts, etc., consistent with ACI’s sales best practices.
• Keep current on ACI products/enhancements, competition activities and industry trends.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Understand and adhere to all corporate policies to include but not limited to ACI code of ethics and global information security.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the “financial payments” industry selling “enterprise-level payment software solutions.
• Direct sales experience in industries targeted by ACI (financial institutions, processors, merchants, etc.)
• Relevant experience and proven successful sales records in selling payment services in the Pacific region.
• Track record for building long-standing relationships with clients.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Strong channel management experience.
• Exceptional presentation skills and extensive experience in client-facing roles, making presentations to sophisticated, C-level individuals.
• Ability to prospect for large complex sales opportunities.
• Ability to work independently, under pressure and is self-motivated
• Ability to understand customer business requirements and possess knowledge of products/solutions/services offering.
• Strong in account planning and execution

• Handle all export queries
• Liaise with shipper for collection arrangement and other export matters
• Liaise with sales and destination office for air approval and rates establishment
• Liaise with finance team, for shpt with COD payment or customer accounts that exceeded the credit limit.
• Liaise with Vendor Management to organize collection
• Liaise with the Air freight planner for flight schedule
• Liaise with import team for re-export shpt.
• Liaise with the permit department for all export permits application.
• Liaise with the warehouse team for cargo acceptance, release, cargo sorting, packing or any storage request etc etc.
• Liaise with external vendor for DG packing, crating job, fumigation, etc etc.
• Liaise with export operation team to provide shipping instructions.
• Assist Manager in managing the team’s daily operational issue/ queries
• Assist Manager on department projects
• Assist Manager on new account setup

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent
• At least 3 - 4 years of experience in Airfreight and familiar with export process
• Good understanding of Incoterms 2010
• Self-discipline, initiative, responsible and independent in a fast-paced environment
• A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexible / Adaptive to changes
• Meticulous to details
