Job Description:
The Sales & Marketing Executive will play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer experiences and resolving technical issues within the mechanical domain. Responsibilities include:
· Utilize fundamental mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve on-site problems efficiently. This could involve planning, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management and execution of services.
· Communicate effectively and professionally with clients to address and resolve after-sales issues promptly.
· Collaborate with the internal teams to discuss and implement solutions for customer concerns.
· Conduct regular periodic visits to clients for assessing service quality and address any emerging needs.
· Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with our services.
· Acquire good understanding of engineering principles and best practices within the specific field.
· Demonstrate adaptability by managing additional tasks as required to support overall company objectives and business domain.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
· Prior experience in a mechanical role or similar industry is essential.
· Proven experiences in customer service and relationship management.
· Degree in Mechanical engineering or related field with at least 3 years of experience.
· Proficiency in communication, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
· Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise effectively with stakeholders in the region.
· Flexibility to adapt to evolving job responsibilities and a dynamic work environment.
· Enthusiasm for learning and the ability to thrive in a challenging work environment.
