Responsibilities:

Marketing and Branding

• Develop and implement marketing plan and strategies that are in-line with the company's goals and vision.
• Work closely with sales team and retail merchandisers to market, promote and sell products across all channels.
• Conceptualise, design and produce various marketing collaterals (both print and digital) for store promotions, projects and events.
• Create engaging and effective promotion taglines, slogans and copywriting for both online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Ensure marketing plans are executed according to the project timeline.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining contents on company's website and social media platforms.
• Conduct market research and competitors' analysis to evaluate trends, identify potential markets and suggest suitable promotions and marketing initiatives with the objective of increasing market shares and revenue.
• Provide status reports with statistics concerning current marketing projects and share post campaign analytics with sales team.

Events and Roadshows

• Plan, direct, and organize advertising and promotional campaigns for events and roadshows.
• Oversee the planning of manpower, logistic, display and set-up for sales events such as event fairs, warehouse sales, and roadshows.
• Conduct pre and post event briefing for major events.
• Evaluate and share sell-through results with the sales team after each event and provide suggestion on improvement.

Others

• Assist in the preparation of PowerPoint slides for product presentation.
• Monthly update of sales order form for circulation to sales team, merchandising team and key customers.
• Manage generic marketing email enquiries from external parties.
• Assist with sales and promotion as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Adobe Suite such as Photoshop, Illustrator and lnDesign
• Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
• Knowledge of Social media tools.
• Possess great communication skills, creative, resourceful and a team player
• Organised, meticulous, results-oriented and can handle stress and tight deadlines
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment
• Able to work long or irregular hours when required for events

Job Scope:

Handle administrative duties including proper organisation of records/data keeping

Generate invoices and service memos on a monthly basis

Act as a liaison between service team and customers to provide the necessary support to ensure smooth operations and good customer service

Assist operations manager in planning and assigning delivery jobs to service team

Update drivers’ job orders, compute service team’s incentives and keep proper records of orders

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

The Senior Research Fellow is needed to achieve KPIs, such as publishing papers and presenting findings in conferences, proposed for the research projects in the Saheki lab at LKCMedicine. The RF will contribute to the overall successes of the ongoing projects, in particular the ones require iPSCs or C. elegans, in the Saheki lab. Our lab is built on diversity, mutual respect, teamwork, and collaboration, with a special emphasis on providing mentorship for young talent, including students and postdocs. We will provide exciting opportunities and vibrant atmospheres as well as state-of-arts core facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out an independent research project and collaborate with other researchers.
• Supervise junior members of the lab, including graduate students and undergraduate interns.
• Keep a log of lab materials as necessary (e.g., cell lines, plasmid DNAs, proteins, C. elegans strains, and other essential reagents).
• Present research at lab meetings and national/ international conferences.

Key Competencies and Qualification Requirements:

• Candidates should have a PhD, and/ or MD, or equivalent in any relevant field of life sciences with a demonstrated record of excellent problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and well-organized with good communication and technical skills.
• Experience in either one of the following fields: cell biology, imaging and / or biochemistry (e.g., protein purification, in vitro reconstitution etc.), maintenance and differentiation of iPSCs, mammalian or invertebrate genetics, is essential.
• Be able to work independently and collaborate effectively in a highly diverse and interdisciplinary team.
