Accounts Executive (MCST)

Key Responsibilities

• You are required to perform accounting and finance functions for a group of MCST properties and report directly to the Accounts Manager. Your duties consist of the following: -
• Carry out accounting and administrative functions for a group of MCST properties assigned.
• Maintaining and preparing full set of accounts
• Preparation of GST schedules for quarterly lodgement
• To prepare invoices, collect fees & charges and interest due/ owing to the MCSTs and the relevant entities.
• Conduct arrears management and follow up actions.
• Monitor and co-ordinate with the on-site accounts/administrative staff in the submission of invoices and relevant supporting records.
• To manage the clients’ bank accounts and arrange for payments to the relevant parties.
• To perform some administrative functions and support the Portfolio Manager in-charge of the properties.

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting with 1 years’ experience in handling full set of accounts preferably with MCST
• Able to meet deadlines of the portfolio's requirements.

Job Description

• To assist the Architectural Associate/ Architect in his/her duties
• Preparing planning applications and other regulatory application procedures;
• Preparing design proposals using computer-aided design (CAD) and traditional drawing methods;
• Assisting in the detailed design process and co-ordinating design information;
• Preparing/updating tender documentation and construction drawings;
• Liaising with appropriate authorities (e.g. Planning enquiries and technical officers) to obtain statutory approval;
• Attending site visits and recording minutes/discussions
• Assisting project architect in coordinating site issues
• Producing and analysing detailed specifications for suitable materials or processes to be used in construction;

Job Requirements

• Relevant Diploma or degree in Architecture
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in Vray renderer, 3D max, Adobe Photoshop and Sketch-up
• Must have knowledge with 3D Autocad, Revit & BIM
• Relish working in a challenging and fast-paced environment
• Possess a flair for creativity and a keen eye for detail
• A proactive and conscientious team player
• Advantageous to have design experience in commercial, mixed-use and residential projects
