The Portfolio Strategy & Risk Group (PSRG) provides top-down guidance on our strategic direction and portfolio objectives. Within PSRG, the Quantitative Strategy and Performance Analytics (QSPA) team actively explore overlays and alternative portfolio strategies to enhance our portfolio returns.

Performance measurement and attribution: Within QSPA, the Performance Analytics (PA) team actively tracks the performance of our overall portfolio as well as certain sub-portfolios against a range of benchmarks and asset allocation strategies. We are also responsible for measuring, tracking, and attributing the performance of Temasek’s investment portfolio from both a bottom-up and top-down perspective, and identifying patterns and biases. We also correlate our performance with various exogenous drivers, including but not limited to macroeconomic variables/regimes, style and quantitative factors, and flows.

Actionable insights and “what if” strategies: Building on an understanding of performance drivers, the PA team uses quantitative techniques and empirical backtests to generate insights/propose strategies to improve investment outcomes, working with the CIO and Sector/Country investing teams. These insights and ideas draw upon internal and external research, standard and alternative data sources, and various analytics engines. The team actively runs “what if” (i.e., beyond simply “what is”) back-tests of potential investment strategies to delve into the alpha, hit rate, win-loss ratio, drawdowns (and other risk characteristics) of new investment strategies or value-adding tweaks to existing strategies.

• Manage daily production process, quality and quantity.

• Support sales team on administrative work, maintenance sales record, create quotation.
• Maintain good relationship with all levels of staff of Sales team, Sales Admin team, FA team and customer to resolve sales issues effectively to facilitate all aspect of sales execution.
• Follow up with the order process and ensure the sales transactions are close timely.
• Support sales team to customer verification and complete the necessary documents for export control.
• Attending customer’s enquiries on sales and administrative matters.
• Manages customer databases, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of customer information.
• Support Marketing & Planning Asst Manager for any marketing activities.
• Provide all necessary data or report to management upon request.
• Any other jobs as requested by superior.
• Coverage of duties in the absence of team members.

Requirements:
• Diploma and above in relevant field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience

Roles & Responsibilities

• Programme Planning and Implementation for seniors
• Ensure that the programmes and activities meet the performance indicators and operating guidelines
• Oversee and manage the Alert Alarm System (AAS) during the centre’s operating hours, rendering assistance when necessary
• Establish networks with local community-based services/ resources, such as grassroots, social services, corporate organisations and schools, to engage volunteers to help run or assist in the programmes, start income generating activities, conduct outreach efforts etc., to match the needs of seniors.
• Recruit, interview and screen potential volunteers.
• Provide and co-ordinate orientation of volunteers to their assigned role and the mission and objectives of the centre.
• Place volunteers to suitable positions and areas of need
• Review and evaluate the volunteer programme to ensure relevance and to meet future needs.
• Manage the monthly petty cash utilization of the centre.
• Implement checks and controls in the accounting system to ensure proper accounting records and also to safeguard against misappropriation of the centre’s assets
• Lead, motivate and train junior personnel.
• Administrative Duties
• Provide secretariat support to the Division of Senior Services.
• Undertake any other duties as required.

Requirement

• Min. Diploma in related industry such as healthcare, social or community services sectors would be good
• Min. 1-3 years of related working experience in healthcare, social or community services sectors handling outreach or volunteer management scope
• Keen to work in the community setting.
• Able to work independently as well as embrace teamwork.
