About this role

Duties:

• Assist in picking up and answer any phone call on general enquiries
• Meet and greet parents / students / visitors
• Provide proper information about school fees and programs
• General clerical duties
• Create file using Microsoft Office
• Assist in preparation of Expenditure Requisition Forms and obtain price quotations from suppliers
• Purchase items from suppliers for capital expenditures, kitchen, stationary, events, etc
• Responsibility in proper storage of stationary and uniforms
• Send invoices and cheques by post
• Support operational work flow

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of a Diploma
• Minimum 2 years experience in administrative skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT savvy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Description

• Responsible for planning to delivery of brand activities that are in line with agreed marketing, sales, and ancillary sales strategies for Singapore.
• Work closely with internal and external parties to coordinate project timeline towards timely rollout of campaigns/machines/customer brandings/special projects.
• Own and drive assigned engagement deliveries.

Sales

• Meet with potential clients to determine their needs and work out proposal that meets their requirements to achieve agreed sales target.
• Day to Day management of all third-party product providers, including monitoring of revenues, customer complaints and other SLAs
• Proactively add-value in ideation and conceptualization for ancillary business.
• Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
• Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products/ideas
• Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
• Participate in team meetings
• Problem solves issues related to clients

Marketing

• Manage launch of new products/campaigns and ensure every stage of the launch process is seen through with efficiency, timeliness and are communicated and planned effectively with all stakeholders.
• Ensure all customer complaints from various platforms are resolved.
• Track expenditure and ensure all payment processes are seen through end-to-end in timely manner.
• Develop and produce sales and marketing collaterals that are in line with the Company’s needs.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma / Certificate in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or any related fields
• Minimum 1 year experience in related field
• Strong demonstratable writing and computer skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship skills
• Experienced in project management
• Experienced in the retail industry is a bonus

Key Responsibilities:

· Understand client requirements and provide strategic advice to key management of listed companies

· Prepare communication collateral, such as corporate presentations, factsheets, press releases, web material and quarterly/yearly financial reports, that communicate the company’s positioning and strategies effectively to investors

· Organize investor meetings, conferences, media interviews and company visits for clients

· Cultivate relationships with existing clients, and establish strong networks with the media, investors and regulatory bodies

· Contribute to Group level corporate projects

· Assist senior management in establishing strategies that support overall growth and business development

· Senior Consultant will be groomed to lead a team of associates and consultants in servicing a portfolio of clients to achieve team-centric targets and support Country-level budgeting

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Communications with at least 3 years of industry experience, preferably spent in audit, equity analysis, journalism or corporate communications (for Senior Consultant, at least 5 years)

· Strong presentation, interpersonal and project management skills

· Excellent verbal communication and writing skills in English and Mandarin

· Proven ability to develop close partnerships with decision makers within client organizations

· Able to work under time pressure and confident in providing counsel to clients and communicating with finance and investment professionals

· Proven ability to multi-task and work both independently and as a team player

· Self-motivated, strong work ethic needed.
