Our client, a leading quality food provider and wholesale, is looking for suitable talents to join their growing business as Senior Fleet Executive.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement fleet management strategies for the company, ensuring timely execution.
- Optimize the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the existing fleet management system, making necessary improvements.
- Oversee all aspects of fleet logistics, including GPS tracking for trucks, fleet administration, and vehicle servicing.
- Maintain and update records for all fleet tracking systems.
- Supervise vehicle repairs and maintenance by establishing a robust vehicle management system.
- Ensure compliance with quality control and assurance standards across all fleet management areas.
- Implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality.
- Keep accurate documentation and records for all fleet activities.
- Schedule regular maintenance and management checkups for vehicles.
- Manage drivers and their roles, ensuring adherence to company rules and regulations.
- Assess performance metrics and introduce improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vehicle leasing companies and third-party service providers for long-term partnerships.
- Recruit, train, and supervise the delivery team, providing effective leadership and fostering a high-performing team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a fleet operations executive, or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of fleet servicing, scheduling, analysis, and operations.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid Class 3 driver’s license is preferred.
- In-depth understanding of the foodservice industry and current trends.
- Proficiency with computerized fleet management software/tools.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills.

- Location: North
- Working hours: 5.5 days work week
- Salary: Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications.
