• Group Consolidation, Audit and Statutory Filing – Assist Finance Manager in charge of group accounts on preparation of group consolidation, financial statements and annual filings for the PIDG and InfraCo Asia group. • Due Diligence – To lead, perform and share best practices on internal financial due diligence for new investments as and when required. • Recharges and Cost Allocation – Support the calculation and basis of recharges and cost allocation to project companies as required.

Oversight of Project Companies - Management & Financial Reporting:

• Project Financial Review – Assist to review project financial reports prepared by the business team/project company teams and provide analysis of expenditure against approved budgets.
• Financial Information – Respond to ad hoc requests for financial information and analysis as required by senior management and shareholders/PIDG.
• Continuous Improvement – Suggest improvements and support the implementation of changes to the monitoring and reporting process. To work with business teams to set up financial and operational dashboards customized for projects/investments to better track investment returns against approved targets.

Qualifications and education requirements

Skills and Experience

• At least 8 years of hands-on work experience in relevant finance role (preferably with around 3-4 years in a Big Four accounting firm) in a dynamic and fast paced multinational environment with exposure in the Asia region essential.

• Perform credit monitoring functions i.e. track & monitor covenants, credit review due dates, monitor

facility excesses and collateral shortfall, monitor collaterals expiry dates, litigation alerts and expiry

dates for insurances

• Perform loan static data maintenances

• Respond to Business Units’ requests and enquiries within a stipulated time-line

• Collaborate with the Team Lead to engage the Business Units on a regular basis to resolve BAU

issues, improve processes and cooperation between Credit Ops and the Business Units.

• Participate actively to move the team towards completion of goals i.e. develop a service-oriented

culture within the team

• Support Business Units in their digitalization initiatives &/or launch of new products

are in line with the with all internal & external policies/guidelines and requirements of the regulators

• Work together with Team Lead to ensure that audit rating is “Satisfactory” or better.

• Work together with Team Lead to ensure no/minimal operational lapses/financial losses

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

• At least 5 years’ related experience in a Financial Institution with related experience in credit

administration and credit monitoring for all credit products.

Other skills required:

• Familiar with both commercial, corporate and retail banking products.

• Resourceful and a good team player.

• Conversant with related local regulatory requirements would be an added advantage.

• Good time management skills and ability to multi-task.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically in Excel.
