Role Responsibilities

Job Summary
The role will directly support the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Corporate, Commercial and Institutional Banking and Europe & Americas (CCIB & EA).

Support CFO, CCIB and EA deliverables to key committees.

· Responsible for the preparation of the CFO report for submission to the CCIB Management Team and ensure that the CFO reports are drafted in a timely and accurate manner and capture all the key financial topics for discussion at the relevant committees. This includes reviewing the financial information report and papers, draw out key messages for CFO report. Identify and investigate issues on behalf of CFO.

The Role

• Coordinate, oversee IT projects involving third-party vendors, ensuring alignment with company objectives, budget compliance and timely completion.
• Monitor and report on the performance of IT services provided by external parties, making recommendations for improvement or changes as needed.

Coordination with HR/Other Departments:

• Coordinate with the HR team to facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including setting up workstations, IT access, and orientation schedules.
• Assist in employee engagement programs in collaboration with HR, focusing on activities that promote a positive work culture and employee well-being.

The Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in providing secretarial support to senior management and managing office operations.
• Prior working experience with document management and organising staff events will be an added advantage
• Possess the ability to handle high-pressure scenarios and make decision in time-tight situations
• Possess good communication writing and interpersonal skills.

• Monday - Friday (8am - 530pm)
• Salary range: SGD 3,000 - SGD 4,500
• Location: Tanjong Penjuru (Jurong area)

Responsibilities:

• To do project specification
• Individuals with experience in waterproofing specification works
• Have established contacts with developers, architects, consultants and main-contactor
• Target on construction projects & contracts
• Develop new accounts & meet sales target

Requirements:

• Experience in waterproofing sales & marketing
• With experience or good networking in building & construction industry
• Must possess own vehicle
