Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of overall experience in document digitization or the related domain, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with digitization software adobe acrobat, photoshop, Microsoft Office.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, manage conflicts, and foster a positive working environment.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and senior management.
