This role will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing headcount requirements at the studios, implementing, planning, and having the foresight to ensure that the studios are always sufficiently.

They will collaborate with HR proactively on recruitment, hiring, onboarding processes, and disciplinary functions for all team members - teachers and front desk – under their purview. Ultimately, the Community Managers have hands-on involvement in the development and standards of the Front Desk team but also have guiding input on the teaching team’s individual advancement opportunities. They will work closely with the Academy & Training Manager by contributing feedback on team spirit, initiative, and working attitude to identify development opportunities in the company.

STUDIO MANAGEMENT (30%)

The Community Manager must ensure that all studio facilities are well maintained, and general housekeeping (Daily Grind) and tidiness are up to up to standards. Maintenance and upkeep of the studios must be dealt with quickly and cost-effectively, with clear channels for escalation and timelines for repairs and maintenance. Be resourceful and employ common sense around breakages and things that need to be fixed. They are also to ensure that all merchandise displayed at their studios is adequately replenished and well-maintained.

Administrative duties are also required to be done in a timely manner, including but not limited to:

• Month end deliverables
• Stock Count
• Other Additional Reports/Deliverables Assigned by the BOM

Role and Responsibilities

1. To Oversee daily operation and activity for Hotel department

2. Liase with director on planning and execution of tasks/projects

3. Liase with HR Department for manpowper planning and if required conduct interview.

4. Assist HR & Director to develop and improve KPI’s

5. Act as a communication conduct between management and staff.

6. Resolve conflicts and mediate disputes between employees.

7. Attend to complaints and ensure customers' satisfaction

8. Any other duties assigned by directors

Requirements

1. Able to work in islandwide locations, and able to go to multiple locations daily.

2. Able to work OT including weekends and public holidays.

3. Atleast 2-3 years’s of relevant experience

4. Excellent interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for end-to-end delivery of CEW from pre-project to post go live support
• Providing technical leadership and guidance to team
• Partnering with business stakeholders, architects to understand business requirements and technical design
• Plan, manage, track delivery through a combination of agile tools and traditional planning tools where required to ensure overall delivery across all streams are sequenced and tracked
• Ensure risks are pro-actively managed and highlighted in right forums to seek support for resolution
• Deliver project in guidance and adherence to Bank’s software delivery, security, release management standard & guidelines.
• Ensure all deliverables, checkpoints are planned and delivered to meet the bank’s standards and quality gates
• Pro-active planning on development dependencies and plan and track them to closure

• Leading and contributing to cross-team improvement initiatives relating to agile methods, CI/CD tools, people, architecture, project management and governance, including further adoption and improvements to the Bank’s System Development Methodology (SDM)

Key Requirements

• At least 10 yrs experience with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects
• Should have had at least 5 years of experience in managing large scale projects & building applications from scratch using API’s and micro services and leading multiple streams
• Strong project / program management skills
• Should have prior experience in managing virtual teams in onsite/offshore model
• Should have a development background and the right level of experience and expertise to coach and design, plan and deliver complex applications
• Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
