Responsibilities
Recruitment, Onboarding and Offboarding Support:
· Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and interviewing of candidates and preparing salary proposals.
· Manage end-to-end on-boarding, prepare new hires' employment contracts, administer personnel e-filing and process all work pass applications, including by not limited to processing of new hires, on-boarding documentation, creation of files, systems set-up, and coordination of introductory session.
· Manage employee life cycle including confirmation, transfers, re-designations, renewals, and off-boarding.
HR Administration:
· Responsible for seamless and timely payroll, compensation, and benefits process, including CPF.
· Help maintain up-to-date staff records, including personal information and employment details.
· Responsible for Work Pass applications for the selected candidates through EP online and Renewal of Employment pass and related pass.
· Responsible for manpower regulatory compliance, esp Work Passes and Employment Practices
· Responsible for the yearly budget planning for all costs relating to HR/personnel.
HR Process and SOPs:
· Assist in developing HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), including identifying gaps in current HR processes and proposing improvements.
· Serve as Human Resources subject matter expert, participate in project teams and trusted HR business partner to colleagues, especially directors, managers, and executives.
· Subject owner for HR information system and workflow.
Office Administration and Management:
· Responsible for general administrative activities and executive support to the CEO, Directors and VPs.
· Support the issuance of Purchase Orders, and manage relationships with vendors, and service providers.
· Manage in-house and off-site meetings, events, and activities.
· Any other duties as directed by the Director / VP
Requirements
Education: Diploma holder with Certificate/Diploma in Human Resource, Business Management.
Experience: At least five years of office management / HR experience.
Required Skills:
· Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage busy schedules, establish office systems
· Ability to work independently and as well as in a team
· Strong writing and verbal communication skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with technology
· Experience in setting up and managing a small to medium sized office will be desirable
· Meticulous, hardworking, willing to learn, able to multi-task and work independently
· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
· Those with start-up experience are an added advantage
· Sound working knowledge of local Employment Act and practice
· Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with people in a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural environment.
