Job Description:

- Provide great customer service by assisting customers with product selection and answering queries

- Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on the features and benefits of our products

- Assist in store operations such as generating quotations/invoices, arranging delivery schedule, maintaining showroom tidiness

- Assist in online e-commerce operations such as processing online orders, monitoring and responding to customer inquiries and reviews

- Build and maintain relationships with customers to promote business sustainability

- Meet monthly sales goals by providing customer service and product knowledge

- Perform other ad-hoc duties

1. Job Description

• Evaluating machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime
• Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations
• Setting productivity goals for each manufacturing team
• Developing workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality
• Ensuring adequate scheduling of staff

2. Requirement

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic
• Minimum working experience in production for heavy equipment 2 years

Job Responsibilities:

1.Overseas Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and workflows based on the HQ annual strategy.

2.KPI Monitoring: Responsible for closely monitoring key performance indicators to achieve strategic priorities and driving improvement initiatives according to the HQ requirements.

3.Team Leadership: Manage and motivate local team of operations staff, providing guidance and support to ensure team cohesion.

4.Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with third-party vendors and suppliers in the UK or in China, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with service level agreements.

5.Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, keeping abreast of relevant regulations and implementing necessary changes both in China and in Singapore.

Requirements:

1. Master degree in Business Administration, Public Relationship or International Relationship, or a related field.

2.Proven experience in international operations management, preferably in different countries.

3. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.

4.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

5. Demonstrated experience in process improvement and project management.

6.Familiarity with Europe, China and Singapore's Labor law and operation compliance rule.

7. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts & accounting functions to ensure accuracy & compliance with current accounting practices & principles
• Responsible for daily accounting operations, variance cost analysis, cash flow planning, working capital management, cost accounting, audit, cost control, inventory control, asset management and good budgetary controls
• Ensure updating of all book-keeping transaction with speed and accuracy
• Responsible for cost centre accounting such as cost allocation analysis
• Establish and manage the rate chart and chargeback model for recovering costs through internal company
• Regularly monitor, update and analyze product costing including direct and indirect manufacturing overheads including analysis and update of standard costs
• Assist manager in preparing financial commentary and to ensure timely submission of monthly accounts, management reports, quarterly forecasts and budgeting
• Provide financial accounting support and analysis to business units/commercial team
• Monitor sales and accounting of all money collections
• Liaise with auditors, company secretary, tax agent, bankers, lawyers and government agencies
• Intercompany reconciliation with counterparts by investigating and resolving differences
• Analyze the review budgets & expenditures, revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control on a periodical basis
• Assist to formulate and review the group operating policies with the ultimate objective of improving the internal control system and practices and standardization of operating procedures for greater transparency, efficiency and resource utilization
• Responsible for the continuous cost saving campaign from manufacturing overheads right up to the operating expenses
• Ensure transactions are recorded in a tax efficient and effective manner
• Compliance with all business and financial controls required to minimize operational and financial risks
• Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting control procedures
• Performing & implementation of SOX relevant controls
• To perform any ad-hoc reports and jobs as and when requested by the supervisor

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of relevant working experience.
• Possess a Degree in Accounting.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong inter-personal skills, self-motivated, proactive, analytical, meticulous, willing and able to work independently and under pressure.
• Experience Accounting standards.
• Self-starter, team player and able to multi-tasks in meeting deadlines.

PROJECT MANAGER will be under service line, the appropriate quality check, the compilation of accurate and customized results reports and other deliverables.Working in workshop and vessels.
Good communication skills with Ship Owners and Superindents.
Good time Management and work Independently.
To perform any other duties & Responsibilities assigned by superiors from time to time.
Ability to demonstrate and implement cost -saving measures.
Ability to lead to manage project operations, schedule and specifications.
Requirements:- Min 5 Years experience .- Knowledge of MS office.- Able to work OT.- Excellent coordination skills.-
