As a digital marketing professional with a strong background in performance marketing, you will report to the Head of Digital Marketing in MSIG Asia. You will work with local marketing teams in business units (BUs), which are insurance companies in countries or territories in the region, to acquire new customers and retain existing customers. Your Role

You’ll take the lead in building and implementing our compliance program with regards to Arta's Singapore business with compliance matters relating to the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and assist the Singapore based team with compliance matters relating to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC, a U.S. regulator).

Responsibilities of the Role

• Identify Chinese consumers’ needs and wants for P&G’s products, and provide inputs to Research & Development and technical team to design the right package and formula to win with local consumers
• Lead consumer research to develop qualified brand concept, benefit and claims that addresses Chinese consumers’ unmet needs
• Communicate with Chinese local partners, stakeholders, and suppliers to drive P&G business initiatives
• Lead creative agencies to develop communication ideas and execute TV copy production designed/customized for the cultural nuances of Chinese consumers
• Develop initiatives fit-for-use toolkits (including copy, prints, digital i-banners, social & eCommerce contents, sampling trial toolkits, in-store activation, and demos, etc.), and deploy/guide China delivery team for execution
• Coordinate with R&D, Consumer Research teams to qualify the product and package through various tests.
• Craft promotion/pricing strategy and customer/distributor trade terms with the local trade team
• Work with technical team to find the best solution of supply chain to manage the product cost within affordable level

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Manager in the Technology Risk team, you will be expected to deliver assignments of high-level client satisfaction, work independently, discuss and articulate your deliverables with our clients and within the team, lead your team members to succeed in their assigned tasks including providing on-the-job coaching, share knowledge and be able to draw on subject matter specialist accordingly. You will contribute to help our clients enhance their IT risk strategy, embed an enterprise approach to risk management, optimize risk management functions and improve controls and processes.

To Qualify for the role, you must have

• A recognized university degree in accounting, business, information technology, engineering or other relevant discipline.
• Minimally 6 years of relevant experience in the Big 4 Accounting firm, consulting or industry experience in IT risks including information technology and information security working on areas such as IT audit, risks, regulatory compliance and/or IT-related implementation. Candidates with lesser experience will be considered at Associate Level.
• Experienced in Data Visualisation e.g. Tableau, Cloud Security
• Familiarity with Technology Risks and Controls, Governance, Risk and Compliance tools.
• Knowledgeable in GRC tools configuration preferably with implementation experience in automating GRC processes using tools like Archer and Service now
• Working knowledge in the integration of the GRC tools with external data sources through API's and database integrations
• Have at least an understanding of MAS regulations around IT risk management such as Technology Risk Management, Outsourcing and PDPA.

Ideally, you’ll also have

Candidates who possess professional certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) are highly encouraged to apply.

We’re looking for a Transfer Pricing Manager / Senior Manager to join our team.

Within Ernst & Young's International Tax Services (ITS) team, our global transfer pricing practice is recognised as a market leader in advising on relevant aspects of intercompany transactions. We offer depth of experience through a worldwide network of dedicated transfer pricing economists and tax professionals. Providing a fully integrated approach to transfer pricing, our transfer pricing professionals undertake the following:

• Assistance with the preparation of transfer pricing policy and preparation of transfer pricing planning reports
• Preparation of transfer pricing documentation to substantiate transfer pricing positions taken
• Assistance with transfer pricing aspects of tax authority queries or formal audits
• Where companies would like up-front certainty on transfer pricing positions, assisting with applications for and negotiations of rulings and Advanced Pricing Agreements (APAs)
• Transfer pricing planning, including Operating Model Effectiveness projects that seek to obtain tax benefits from business restructuring
• Acting as the preferred advisor to multinational companies, addressing ad hoc transfer pricing queries

In your role as a Transfer Pricing Manager / Senior Manager you’ll:

• Analyse information, apply economic and financial knowledge to client situations, and develop effective approaches to clients' financial circumstances.
• Take a lead in developing recommendations and implementation plans.
• Develop and deliver transfer pricing and economic ideas with timely, responsive services and work products, and identify opportunities for transfer pricing and other services.
• Manage transfer pricing engagements and business development initiatives
• Assist in managing engagement economics by organising staffing, tracking fees and communicating issues to project leaders
• Build strong internal relationships within the transfer pricing team and across other services
• Coach and mentor staff

We’re looking for people with the following experience:

• Degree in economics, law, finance, tax or accounting; a CPA or similar certification
• At least 5 to 9 years of experience in transfer pricing or similar experience, with sound understanding of complex transfer pricing concepts
• Strong managerial, organizational, project management and analytical skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

· Co-ordinates the activities of the department and ensures that the department operates efficiently and in accordance with the bank's policies and rules and regulations established by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS)

· Verifies all deals made by Dealers and Chief Dealer which flows through Opics system. If the deal is made by Head of Treasury, the Settlement Section (as an independent party) has to verify the deals.

· Monitors the interest rates of currency positions of the branch and takes necessary action to reduce the branch's exposure when necessary to the following risks:

Ø liquidity exposure

Ø maturity mismatching

Ø currencies exposure

· Executes foreign exchange, money market, securities and other paper deals

· Executes derivative transactions (i.e. Swaps, FRA’s, Option, etc.)

· Supervise maintenance of the daily records for Money Market deals, the cashflow worksheets (for all currencies) and position sheets

· Supervise maintenance of the daily inter-bank money market interest rates and the daily foreign currencies spot rate

· Supervise compliance with open weekend positions arising from non-bank customers’ FX trades

· Review the late deals register to detect breaches in overnight limits
