JOB DESCRIPTION

A Singapore based company in the hospitality and lifestyle industry with global presence in multiple countries is currently looking for a Marketing Head to join their team.

The incumbent will be responsible in leading a team of 10 to raise the brand reputation and recognition for the company’s Beauty and F&B business units. The incumbent will be responsible in crafting high-performing marketing strategies to improve business performance across online and offline channels and implement it, while ensuring the effectiveness of the engagement.

Responsibilities also involve analysing market trends and campaign outcomes evaluation, communicating marketing objectives to both the team and organisation, and improving/creating best practices to develop marketing plan across the organisation.

Successful candidates can expect to work in an established organization with a cohesive team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or equivalent. Master’s degree in relevant field is a plus
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the marketing industry, with 3 – 5 years of experience in Beauty and F&B industry
• Previous experience in leading a team
• Strong knowledge in content creation, SEO/SEM, PPC, CRM, and digital marketing strategies such as social media marketing
• Additional qualifications from Chartered Institute of Marketing, the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, the Institute of Data and Marketing, or the Digital Marketing Institute is good to have

Key duties include but are not limited to:

• Handle the end-to-end process from origination, structuring deals, to execution, credit analysis and post-loan
• Build and manage relationship with a portfolio of bank clients, fortify the bank's position in the sector/market, thereby remaining top-of-mind for new and existing bank clients
• Initiate strategies to origination of deals and clients to grow the business
• Cross-collaboration with interdepartmental teams to successfully execute transactions, going on client meetings/ joint meetings and partnering with products team to address client’s business needs and grow wallet share
• Selling and cross-selling of banking products and services such as including loans, transaction banking, trade finance, cash, deposits, FX, Debt and Equity capital markets etc
• Stay informed and keep track of market dynamics, changes in regulations, prevailing risks, and sharing relevant insights with the team

• Degree in Accountancy, Business Management, Banking & Finance and Economics
• At least 4 years of credit and/or coverage relationship manager experience in corporate banking, preferably in the FI (banks portfolio) space

• Well-versed in banking products such as treasury, trade finance, cash, deposits, FX, Debt and Equity capital markets etc
