RESPONSIBILITIES

Purpose:

The Engineer shall be rotated to the following areas:

• Media Contribution Delivery (MCD) to support the design, installation and maintenance of allocated parts of the organisation's linear and non-linear media equipment and infrastructure.
• Headend & Distribution to support the design, installation and maintenance of allocated parts of the organisation's headend and distribution equipment and infrastructure.

The Scope:

The Engineer is expected:

i. Media Contribution & Delivery (MCD):

• To assist in delivering Contribution and Distribution infrastructure projects, including maintenance, on Satellite uplink/downlink equipment and infrastructure as per technical instructions, standard procedures and learning on-the-job in a project environment.
• To perform allocated tasks in the areas of satellite and Contribution & Distribution operations e.g. to monitor the performance of satellite uplink/downlink & contribution/distribution systems and processes and communicates any issues for troubleshooting.
• To maintain satellite & contribution/distribution service logs for compliance purposes. The work involves the constant monitoring of systems over long shifts and periods.
• To report any anomalies or system faults immediately once detected.

ii. Headend & Distribution (H&D):

• To assist in delivering headend and distribution infrastructure projects, including maintenance on, Mux system, Microwave link, fibre link and IPTV system as per technical instructions, standard procedures and learning on-the-job in a project environment.

Requirements:

• Polytechnic Diploma or University Degree in Technical discipline.
• Possess IT networking skill and Satellite Communication knowledge will have priority.

The Role

This role supports daily office and technology operations in Singapore and is crucial for the functionality and efficiency of our business.  The IT & Office Management Lead will ensure operational continuity, drive productivity, safeguard the company’s assets and information, facilitate resource optimisation and maintain a great employee experience for our Oll-Stars. With these different responsibilities, you would need to possess not only excellent technical but also outstanding people and organisational skills. 

The nature of this role requires you are physically available in the office on a daily basis.  While routine maintenance and scheduled support activities will take place during regular office hours, you may also be required to render emergency support and site assistance in extraordinary circumstances outside normal business hours. 

Job Responsibilities

For both IT support and workplace management, you will oversee:

• Maintenance and Updates: Perform routine maintenance and updates to ensure IT and Office systems run smoothly and continue to meet the needs of the organization without interruption. Regularly monitor IT and Office technology systems to ensure they operate securely and efficiently. This also involves checking for potential issues before they become actual problems that impact users.

• Security: Implement and maintain basic security measures, oversee office access and keys, antivirus software updates, and educate users on potential security risks and the necessary protocols to minimize risks and ensure compliance. 

• Documentation: Responsible for managing local assets within the Asset register. Keep detailed records of user queries, issues, and relevant resolutions for future reference, and to aid in the resolution of future problems. 

• User feedback: Collect formal and informal user feedback on a regular basis to monitor satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for improvement.

Specific to each domain, you will drive operational excellence in the following areas:

IT Technical Support

• Technical Support and User Assistance: Provide first-line response to users requiring assistance with IT issues and queries, particularly those involving hardware and in-office technology. Offer timely advice and support on systems and applications, providing necessary training to users to enhance their understanding and efficient use of IT resources.  This involves troubleshooting problems and resolving them either in person, via phone, or virtual tools and working closely with the regional IT support team:

  • Responsible for managing VC solutions

  • Responsible for managing Meraki switches and routers in the office

  • Troubleshoot general Mac OSX and Windows OS Issues, Update, Upgrade and
    Support

  • Troubleshoot Printer, Scanner and other peripheral issues

  • Responsible for managing IT Networks onsite including but not limited to, troubleshooting Firewalls, Switches, Access Points and WAN

  • Responsible for managing org wide G-Suite Administration (GWS)

  • Responsible for administering regional JAMF and Intune system management tools

• Problem Diagnosis: Analyze problems with hardware, software, and applications to identify root causes of issues. This includes asking precise questions to pinpoint the exact issue and employing diagnostic tools to assist in troubleshooting. 

• Issue Resolution: In close coordination with the regional IT team, address user tickets regarding technical problems, managing each issue through to resolution, ensuring minimal disruption to the user's operations.  

• Project Assistance: Assist in IT projects, including the rollout of new software, migration of data, hardware upgrades, integration between systems, often coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth execution.

• Vendor management: Work with vendors on need basis for triaging issues not limited to hardware and internet service providers

Workplace Management

• Site operations: Oversee all facilities management services for our cool 4,000sqft office, such  as cleaning, plants, pest control, fire safety, HVAC, electrical, waste and other repair & maintenance, stationery and pantry supply, locker management, meeting rooms, utilities, support during emergency, key control management. 

• Daily office inspections: Perform daily routine office inspections and take proactive measures to address issues to ensure the workspace and meeting facilities meet our standards and set our Oll-Stars up for success.

• Vendor management: Ensure facilities vendors are well managed, delivering services on-time and within budget.

• Regulations and Compliance: Ensure the provision of a safe and secure working environment, and compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standards.

• Event management: In collaboration with HR, organize Oll-Star events, either in the office or offsite. 

• Onboarding new employees: Provide hardware and system configuration for new employees, with the aim of enabling new joiners’ productivity as soon as possible. Ensure new employees are fully briefed on workspace policies, resources and in-office technology. 

• Hospitality: Welcome visitors to the office, support their set up, manage security aspects 

• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction through the regular review of our Workplace Policy and Operating Procedures and daily operational reviews.  

The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for the organic growth of existing accounts in our Metals vertical with an average order value between £10,000 and £50,000 and a total book of business consisting of 50+ accounts. The role doesn’t contain any new business but is expected to deliver growth on the existing book through effective data licencing, cross-selling and up-selling. A balanced approach to increasing spend and reducing churn is needed to be successful.

A Day in the Life of a Creative Services Manager:

• Collaborate with Account Management, Creatives and Suppliers to manage concurrent projects from the earliest concept stage to deployment and ensure all projects are flawlessly executed across a brand or campaign

Key Role Statements

The role of the Due Diligence Program Manager will be in the APAC Site Acquisition Support (SAS) team. The role is based in Singapore. SAS is part of the Infrastructure Planning & Acquisition (IPA) function within client’s Cloud Operations & Infrastructure division. It delivers the real estate needed to build out client’s cloud infrastructure. IPA owns the Asset Development Due Diligence process within Client and the SAS team acts as the ‘intelligent client’ in the process. The Program Manager will be driving cross team delivery and this role requires a broad range of knowledge as outlined below.

Main purpose of the job  

The primary role of a Global Category Manager - Glass is to lead and implement procurement strategies, vision, and governance across the organization. This position heads the Procurement team, fostering unity across regions and promoting the sharing of best practices and knowledge. Alongside adhering to established governance, policies, and processes, the role involves protecting the company's assets and reputation through effective internal control systems, procedures, and legal compliance. The role is also responsible for driving sustainable procurement and procurement innovation strategies, as well as creating and implementing category strategies. Responsibilities include executing strategic sourcing plans to maximize business value, building and enhancing stakeholder relationships across all procurement activities, and managing supplier partnerships. The Global Category Manager also manages and tracks plans and budgets against objectives, key value drivers, and related KPIs. Risk management, with a focus on price volatility, supplier stability, and product or service availability, is a key part of the role. The ultimate goal of the role is to contribute to operational excellence in Procurement and drive continuous improvement of Procurement capabilities and practices in alignment with Asahi's overall strategy and external benchmarks.

How you will Contribute:

• Marketing Promotions: Develops, executes, and measures success of marketing promotion plans, activities, and budgets to support revenue goals. Develop and execute global and regional campaigns, including digital advertising, email marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media sharing, membership platform promotions, and regional sales outreach support aligned with localized language and platform needs. 

• Member Communications: Facilitates with MarCom team leaders on global and regional communications to develop personalized messaging for all channels based on member segment, role, interests, and region and to streamline communications, increase engagement rates, and drive Calls to Action (CTAs). 

• Lead Generation and Contact Management: Coordinates with sales and membership teams on standardized global processes for generating and managing leads and updating the AACSB contact database. Monitors email metrics and manages email delivery system for optimal performance. Documents and streamlines journey maps to shorten sales cycles and automates database updates in collaboration with IT. 

• Sales Support: Provides sales support tools and templates for each stage of the sales and engagement funnel, including presentations, emails, fact sheets, website landing pages, and product information pages.  

• Market/Member Feedback: Participates in regional events, to share key news about AACSB and facilitates feedback from the field to inform internal stakeholders.  

• Event Support: Collaborates with the regional heads and advocacy teams on managing the master event schedule and budget where AACSB is a presenter, exhibitor, or sponsor. Serves as onsite support for AACSB learning and development, member outreach, and advocacy events as required, including social media coverage and media relations support. 

• Fluency in the English language  

• Moderate international travel required (10%) 

• Five (5) years marketing, communications, and related experience, with two (2) years experience independently managing large projects.

You'll be in charge of:

• Creative development of a signature beverage offering
• Assisting in the efficient running of the day-to-day bar operations
• Ensuring appropriate handling of all equipment and supplies within his/her area
• Assisting in preparation for business hours and table set up
• Assisting the managers in the daily beverage operations and ensuring the quality and consistency of all products meet desired standards
• Managing the beverage stocks and inventories
• Maintaining a good housekeeping regime and reporting any defects in furniture, fixtures, and equipment
• Participating and managing assigned sections to provide a beverage experience for customers
