Job Description
The Data Product Manager is tasked with spearheading the development of data products for various divisions. This individual will collaborate closely with data engineers, data scientists, and BI developers to bring these products to fruition and gain approval from stakeholders. Additionally, they are responsible for crafting the product roadmap, ensuring proper prioritization, and overseeing the delivery of key features.
· Key Responsibilities:
· Gather Voice of the Customer feedback to craft user stories and use cases.
· Manage and prioritize feature requests and bug fixes for each product.
· Present business cases to leadership to secure necessary support for major product releases.
· Maintain the product roadmap for the designated product line.
· Draft functional and business level requirements and effectively communicate them to the development team and partners.
· Conduct Scrum calls with cross-functional teams to facilitate iterative releases.
· Manage stakeholder expectations to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
· Develop short, mid, and long-term product strategies, including value positioning, target audience, and features/benefits.
· Create and implement launch plans for new products.
· Provide training to stakeholders on product usage.
· Establish support structures and procedures to ensure successful product releases and timely issue resolution.
· Conduct regular market and innovation research to maintain competitive positioning of the product line.

Salary : $6,000.00 - $9,000.00
