• Manage financial transactions, including reconciliations, cash management, and employee expenses
• Prepare and analyse financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Coordinate with external auditors to carry out financial audits and comply with regulatory requirements
• Ensure tax compliance and liaise with tax authorities
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets

Requirements

• Degree in Finance or Accounting
• At least 2.5 years of experience in finance and accounting rolesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of financial modelling, forecasting, and reporting
• Proficient in software such as MYOB, QuickBooks and Excel
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance-related guidelines

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute sales forecasting, budgeting, and planning to maximize sales performance in all channels
• Lead project sales; including formulation of sales strategy, client proposal preparation, and contract formulation, etc
• Conduct all sales training monthly
• Establish and maintain good relationships with clients and channel partners
• Produce marketing materials (brochures, sales kits, training materials etc)
• Creating strong and consistent company image in the market
• Conducts monthly/ quarterly and annual business reviews and report
• Any other ad-hoc assignment by management

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience required
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business & Administration required
