• Set up and manage the Local Contact Centre, working closely with the Regional Contact Centre team

• Monitor and optimize Contact Centre performance, providing performance reporting and monitoring

• Utilize analytics to evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness and track the number of qualified leads generated versus targets

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee billings to ensure timely invoicing and accurate and timely recording of transactions in accounting system.
