Requirements:

Providing all services offered by the salon, which includes hair cutting and styling as

well as hair removal and beauty treatments.

· Recruiting salon staff that meets mandatory educational and licensing requirements.

· Preparing work schedules for salon staff.

· Setting goals for each staff member,

· Evaluating staff performance, and providing training and overall guidance.

· Monitoring salon supplies and equipment and ordering new stock as needed.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is highly preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting. At least 3-5 years of experience in a regional role within an MNC, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in people management, with a track record of developing and leading high-performing teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide strategic financial insights.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders in China.
