Key job responsibilities

• Define, plan, execute, and measure Paid Media Campaigns (social, display, content syndication etc.) to drive awareness and growth of AWS solutions.
• Define best practices and measurement of paid media channels (social, display, content syndication etc.).
• Act as the main Paid Media point of contact to direct external and internal partners and effectively collaborate with them to drive support successful paid media campaigns.
• Derive actionable insights from data and synthesize to deliver and advise on improvements to campaign performance.
• Write joint business review documents, experimentation roadmaps and campaign plans that work backwards from the customer.

We are looking for candidates with:

• The ability to create innovative marketing programs and/or partnerships to drive customer acquisition through paid advertising, demonstrating strategic thinking and leadership.
• Advanced Excel and data analytics skills, able to use it to analyze, extract insights and present recommendations.
• Agency or agency setting experience managing advertising campaigns across brand awareness, acquisition, customer engagement showcasing a strategic approach to marketing.
• Experience in owning planning, media buying and measurement for campaigns across a variety of channels such as Social, Programmatic, OLV, CTV, Direct etc.
• 8+ years of ROI-focused digital marketing experience, including strategic management and hands on execution of paid media channels (Display, Paid Social etc.).
• Strong management skills: ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
• Experience building, executing and scaling marketing programs across multiple international markets.
• Establish reporting and optimisation processes. Provide complete performance reporting and analysis on marketing campaigns and take relevant action on insights gained.
• Embrace a test-and-learn approach, scaling strategies, and exploring expansion opportunities.

The APJ Digital Marketing team is seeking an experienced Paid Media Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will define, plan, execute, and measure Paid Media Campaigns (social, display, content syndication etc.) to drive awareness and growth of AWS solutions. You will partner with our international marketing teams and external agency/partners as the paid media point of contact to strategize and authorize advertising launches of promotions and services. The impact of this role is significant and broad.

The Paid Media Marketing Manager should be comfortable in making decisions and taking action in both an ambiguous, self-sufficient role, as well as one of team support and interaction. Ownership of work is extremely important, and candidates should have a proven record of overseeing projects to their completion. The ideal candidate is motivated with strong time management and project management skills, and is technical and analytical. This opportunity requires excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills. Basic qualifications

• 8+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
