Under the guidance and supervision of the Director, Event Management, this candidate handles and manages all aspects of planning and coordination for confirmed groups and events in all market segments. The candidate is responsible for working closely with the organizers to plan and orchestrate all group and event requirements prior to the event day.

This role involved cross divisional work coordination on different aspects of the hotel’s event services. As a Events Sales Manager, we rely on you to:

We are looking for a meticulous and dynamic Assistant Project Manager / Project Assistant to join our company in Singapore. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent problem-solving skills, and blends practicality with aesthetic sense. With a keen eye for detail and strong time management abilities, the Project Manager will be responsible for seamlessly overseeing multiple ongoing projects.

Job Description & Requirements:

• Develop, organize, plan, and execute projects while adhering to constraints such as budgets and schedules.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and project team members throughout all project phases, especially during production.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers with a prepared, organized, clear, concise, and respectful approach.
• Create and maintain work schedules for all projects.
• Monitor ongoing project progress and track milestones.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Design, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth project execution. Support sales and procurement by assisting in material sourcing as necessary.
• Conduct site surveys to ensure all project issues are addressed.
• Provide ad-hoc after-sales support as needed.
• Occasionally prepare quotations.
• Maintain an organized filing system in coordination with colleagues.
• Provide Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) drawings and minimize disruptions to production to prevent financial losses. Manage the overall project production sequence.
• Adhere to company assigned Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management, renovation, or construction fields.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Google SketchUp and Autodesk AutoCAD is advantageous.
