About the Role

Zero-Error Systems (ZES) is seeking versatile, detail-oriented Field Application Engineering - Manager. In this role, you will work closely with the sales and engineering team to identify customer needs, develop technical solutions, and ensure the successful implementation and optimization of ZES’ products. Working in a dynamic, fast-paced, development environment, you will also play a crucial role in providing technical support and expertise to customers. 1) Customer Support and Relationship Management

Key Requirements
