• Conduct training and workshops regularly for team members to ensure that hygiene and sanitation standards are maintained at required levels.
• Inspect the overall process of kitchen operations, including the critical areas of receiving, preparing, cooking, storing, and serving of food and beverage.
• Liaise with involved authority for all food safety inspections to be carried out at licensed premises, ensuring all food safety requirements are complied with.
• Ensure all food handlers hold a valid food safety certification.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Food and Beverage Management, Food Science and Technology or other relevant field.
• Certified competent in WSQ Food Safety & Hygiene Level 3 (FHO) and Level 4 (FSMS).

MAIN PURPOSE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities:

• Compliance Management:

• Develop Job Competency Frameworks and related Job role skills maps.
• Design and develop program architecture & curricula.
• Work with institutions on skills inventory management and drive related job re-design and JST initiatives with each job family domains.
• Work with stakeholders on formulating common guidelines/policies and quality standards.
• Manage the adoption of technology & innovation at Academy centres’ of excellence.

Job Requirements

• A Masters degree in HRD, Education or training related domains is preferable.
• Minimum 10 years in human resource development or related learning & development experience; working in large public or private sector organizations.

As a Corporate Tax Manager, your responsibilities include:

• managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients, delivering high quality professional services

• acting as an engagement lead which includes planning, scheduling and budgeting of projects
• mentoring and managing junior tax staff including Senior Associates and Associates

Qualifications and requirements

• Recognised Degree and/or relevant Professional Qualification
• Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals (SCTP) accreditation would be an added advantage
• Able to lead a team and have a strong understanding of corporate tax issues
