Job Summary

As Product Manager for Alternative Investments, you will provide global support on identifying, onboarding, and monitoring investment products that include Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Private Credit, and Real Assets for the wealth management entity.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy

· Develop pipeline predominantly for the private banking segment, provide preliminary due diligence, work with internal/external stakeholders on product on-boarding and approvals.

· Marketing of new fund launches as well as consistent monitoring of existing products.

· Management of the alternative investment products governance policies.

· Work closely with operations and platform services team globally to ensure alternative investment products are supported adequately

· Support Front Office for client discussions and queries.

Business

· Support the Group Managed Investment Product team to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank’s Conduct Principles.

Processes

· Onboarding of new alternative investments products and requirements to obtain all necessary approvals

· On-going monitoring of existing investments to ensure the products meets our selection criteria

Responsibilities

• Manage a site team of technical executives, administrative staff in maintaining the base/facility and support any facilities management tasks as required.
• Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreement (SLA), ensuring no KPI deductions, non-compliances and Liquidated Damages imposed.
• Extensive use of Computerised FM system for Reporting and management of works and KPIs. Ensure staff update the system accordingly.
• Generate necessary reporting documents for claims and management reporting.
• Manage the facility maintenance works, including building works, mechanical and electrical works, environmental cleaning, horticultural and landscaping works; including minor project works (eg. A&A, renovations).
• Manage strategic partners / sub-contractors / technicians in the conduct of maintenance works (eg. issuing works orders, assessing work performance, conducting audits and inspections).
• Schedule and assign all work requests and work order submitted by clients.

Requirements

• Degree in Building related field (Building, FM, Mechanical, Electrical) with min. 3 years’ relevant experience at management level.

Develop and execute sales plan, identify new business opportunities

• Develop, plan and execute sales plans and annual business plans to achieve sales targets
