Position Summary:

The Regional Manager will specifically focus on growing, developing new markets, expanding channels and increasing product through promotion activities in the assigned geographic territories. Main requirements in this role are:

• A bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering or a related field in management or business is required.

• 10+ years of experience in managerial positions in Services' delivery functions and excellent understanding of the FS processes for Resources

• Leadership and people management skill

• The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the local markets in Japan, Singapore, and Korea. Familiarity with cultural differences, business practices, and legal requirements in these countries would be highly advantageous.

• Strong understanding of financials of the Wärtsilä Field Services business
