Key Responsibilities:

• Quickly gains an understanding of the client’s business, product lines and strategic framework and utilizes that knowledge to establish credibility internally across key markets and stakeholders.
• Acts as a point of regional contact on assigned rollout of strategic frameworks for clients and internal functional teams.
• Evaluation of media strategy in alignment with brand strategies to support client-facing teams for QBR, Brand Plans and any senior level discussions – objectives, audiences, channels, role for media.
• Create media sufficiency strategies for annual brand planning and QBR discussions.

We are looking for an individual who can help to reinvent clients and guide them through their business transformation. This role will require the individuals to be proactive, entrepreneur-minded, open-minded, nimble and agile to work on an ever evolving client business and create/deliver award-winning digital performance media campaigns using in-house solutions (eg: Growth OS) whilst managing day-to-day planning, buying, implementation, optimization and reporting requirements for client’s business needs. The individual has to show good conduct of being a mentor to groom junior members in the team and proactively sharing knowledge with the team.  

Expectations of a Performance Manager:

• Craft, present and align media performance strategy with client to drive campaign objectives; leads and conversions
• Manages the daily workflow of all bottom funnel campaigns, and working with various internal and external stakeholders, including creative agencies and media owners to deliver campaign objectives
• Overlooking and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across the channel mix including SEM, programmatic display/video, paid social, E-commerce and retargeting to drive leads and conversions
• Work with Director and Integrated manager to develop and propose full-funnel campaigns to client
• Ensure best practice for E-Commerce, Search, Programmatic Display/Video and Social buying and planning
• Ensure on-going test and learns to drive campaign performance
• Lead on day to day running of bottom funnel campaigns of the account
• Drive relationships at the appropriate levels of our client organization
• Make in-depth recommendations based on strong grasp of analytics, marketing & research concepts

• Assist in the management of the annual salary review cycle and short-term Incentive Plan (STIP) for multiple offices and Hotel’s General Managers.
• Maintain job evaluation systems, evaluate job roles, update compensation ranges and ensure internal equity across the organization. 
• Execute C&B surveys, conduct competitive analysis and benchmark compensation package to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
• Manage benefits programs, including insurance plans across multiple offices, and expatriate benefits in Asia.
• Oversees the management of contractual agreements for Hotel’s General Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Compensation Programs

• Assist in the design, development and implementation of compensation programs aimed at attracting, retaining and motivating employees.
• Serve as a consultant to T&C Business Partners and Operations leaders, offering advice on the compensation structures and design solutions that comply with local labour regulations, align with Accor’s compensation philosophy, and reflect market practices.
• Collaborate with Talent & Culture (T&C) leaders and Business Partners to ensure compensation programs align with the organization's strategic objectives, are competitive, cost-effective, and legally compliant.
• Prepare and communicate compensation guidelines, policies and procedures to management and employees effectively.
• Support the annual review of job grading structures and compensation scales to maintain market competitiveness, including revising and redesigning current grade and pay structures to enhance retention and career development.
• Maintain job evaluation systems and evaluate job roles.
• Oversee the preparation of contractual agreements for Hotel’s General Managers, ensuring alignment with approved compensation packages.
• Support the execution of annual salary reviews, STIP payments, and related processes for multiple offices and Hotel’s General Managers to ensure fair, competitive and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct and review pay gap analysis between male and female employees.
• Support the rollout of the annual Group STIP and assist with communication kits for employees.

2. Market salary and benefits survey

• Lead the annual compensation and benefits survey for office-based positions and hotels.
• Supervise the production of survey results, analyze the results, and update compensation scales for offices and hotels in multiple locations.
• Utilize market data to provide recommendations and guidance on annual salary review and compensation packages.
• Participate in ad-hoc surveys that are valuable for enhancing C&B programs.

3. Benefits Programs

• Oversee the administration of employee group insurance plans and collaborate with brokers/consultants on annual insurance renewals.
• Supervise the enrolment and termination of benefit programs (e.g. insurance programs for General Managers).
• Review hotels benefits scheme to ensure compliance with minimum benefits requirements as per laws.
• Assist in communicating benefits guidelines, policies and procedures

4. Compensation and Benefits projects

• Participate in compensation and benefits projects.
• Assist in reviewing expatriates packages, allowances, benefits, and recommend enhancements to remain competitive.
• Contribute ideas and resources, and develop and implement regional guidelines, frameworks, toolkits and methodologies.
